4. Letters from various District Collectors to issue necessary instruction to complete pending Antecedent verifcation process
I wish to inform you that in the ref 1st & 2nd cited above the Commissioner, Panchayat Raj & Rural Development has requested the Director General of Police, AP to get the antecedent verifcation of all the appointed Village/Ward functionaries through District Superintendent of Police (SPs).
Subsequently, Commissioner, PR & RD enabled a feature in Andhra Pradesh Centre for Financial Systems and Services Software (APCFSS) site for downloading the antecedent form submitted by the appointed candidates and submission of verifcation report in respective District Superintendents of Police logins.
In the reference 3rd cited the Government initiated the Probation declaration process and issued instructions to all the District Collectors to complete the activity before 30-11-2021. In the reference
4th cited the District Collectors have requested the GVWV & VSWS Department that Antecedent verifcation forms and reports of certain functionaries are not visible in the APCFSS portal and requested to permit to complete the process physically wherever the reports and forms are not available in APCFSS Portal.
As the declaration of the probation period and redressal of the grievance of the functionaries is highly priority for the Government and needs to be completed at an early date, the Director General of Police is requested to issue the following instructions to all the Superintendents of Police.
- Wherever the antecedent forms of the functionaries are not available in APCFSS portal, the Superintendents of Police are requested to accept the manual forms form the respective District HoDs and complete the verifcation process
- Wherever antecedent verifcation is completed and the reports are not available in the APCFSS portal to District HoDs for download, the reports may be given in physical form as per the request of the District HoDs.
