Aided School Orders issued for payment of salaries to aided employees appointed on a contract basis, as per G.O.Ms.No.58, S.E. Department, dated 22.06.2023

School Education – Proposal for payment of salaries of the aided employees taken on contract basis in terms of G.O.Ms.No. 58, S.E. Department, dated :22.06.2023

Ref: From the Commissioner of School Education, Lr.Rc.No. ESEO2 -17/532/2020-P51-CSE, Dt:09.12.2023

The attention of the Director of School Education, is invited to the reference cited, wherein he has requested to issue necessary orders to CFMS to enable the Contractual positions under the Head of Accounts to claim salaries who were appointed in terms of G.O.Ms.No.58, S.E, Dept., Dt.22.06.2023 for an initial period of 3 years in Private Aided Schools in the State.

The Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord permission to him to draw the salaries of the employees taken on contract basis in terms of G.O.Ms. No.58, S.E, ,dated: 22.06.2023 under the DH/SDH 60/61 in CFMS.

The Director of School Education, is therefore,requested to take necessary action accordingly, in the matter and file Compliance Affidavit in relevant court cases.

This memo issues with the concurrence of the Finance(HR-II) Department, vide their U.O.No. FIN01-HROPDPP(RR❑)/65/2023-HR­II , Dt:10.11.2024 (C.No. 2062824).
