Proceedings: Key Instructions
The Director, SCERT, Andhra Pradesh, has instructed all RJDSEs, DEOs, APCs and DIET Principals to conduct October 2026 Cluster School Complex Meetings at cluster level according to the prescribed schedules and annexures.
The meetings focus on academic progress, learning gaps and outcomes, difficult concepts, collaborative lesson planning, demonstration lessons, teacher and student attendance, out-of-school children, peer learning and school-wise academic action plans.
Instructions to Cluster Complex Headmasters
- Ensure 100% attendance and active participation of concerned teachers.
- Provide seating, drinking water, sanitation, digital infrastructure and internet connectivity.
- Identify Resource Persons in advance and provide academic materials.
- Follow the approved agenda and timings without deviation.
- Mark attendance using the prescribed mechanism or facial recognition where applicable.
- Collect feedback forms before teachers leave.
- Maintain records and submit monitoring and feedback information.
- Coordinate with DIET Principals, MEOs, DEOs, APCs and other monitoring officials.
- Convert academic discussions into school-level action plans.
Activities Not Permitted
No felicitations for transfers or promotions, shawls or garlands, personal or birthday parties, visits or sightseeing, service or personal discussions, or union meeting discussions. The proceedings also restrict availing leave except for medical emergencies.
