DEECET-2022 NOTIFICATION FOR ONLINE APPLICATION Online application for DEECET-2022 are invited from candidates who intend to take admission into Two years Diploma in Elementary Education (D.EI.Ed)
in Government District Institutes of Education and Training (D.I.E.Ts) and other Private Elementary Teacher Training in the state to be conducted by Department of School Education, Govt. of A.P. on 28-06-2022
and 29-06-2022 in all 13 erstwhile District Head quarters of the state of Andhra Pradesh

AP DEECET 2022 Entrance Fee and submission of Application Online:
The fee prescribed for appearing for DEECET-2022 (including examination fee) is Rs.600/ – (Rupees Six hundred only).  Candidate can pay the fee through payment Gateway from 01-06-2022 to 19-06-2022 and submit online application at the DEECET-2022 website: https://cse.ap.gov.in & https://apdeecet.apcfss.in from 01-06-2022
onwards.

 Procedure for submission of AP DEECET 2022 application online:
Detailed procedure for applying ONLINE is given in the information Bulletin.  Candidates
can download the ‘”Information Bulletin” free of cost from the DEECET-2022 website: https://cse.ap.gov.in &
https://apdeecet.apcfss.in from 02-06-2022 onwards.

 Examination centres for DEECET – 2022 :
DEECET-2022 shall be conducted in all the erstwhile I 3 Districts of the Andhra Pradesh state. Candidate can choose any District of his/her choice for online examination centre. If the slot for Examination is exhausted
(capacity) in the opted district, nearby district centre will be allotted.

Eligibility criteria for AP DEECET 2022 admission 
a) Candidate should be of Indian Nationality

b) The candidates should satisfy Local / Non-Local Status requirement as laid down in A.P. Educational Institutions (Regulation of admission) Order 1974 as subsequently amended from time to time .
c) Candidate should have obtained a rank in DEECET-2022 and should satisfy the eligibility criteria prescribed.d) Age Limit AP DEECET 2022:
The candidates should have completed 17 years as on 01-09-2022. There is no Upper age limit.

e) Educational Qualifications AP DEECET 2022

• i.The candidate who passed or appeared for the I0 +2 during 2021-22 final Examinations (Qualifying Examination) or its equivalent are eligible to appear for the entrance test. But, they should have passed the qualifying examination by the time of admission.
• ii. The candidate should have secured 50 percent of marks in aggregate in qualifying Examination for appearing in the DEECET – 2022 for both A & B category seats. The minimum percentage of marks in the case of Schedule caste, Scheduled Tribe and Physically Challenged candidates shall however be 45 percent for both A & B category seats.
• iii. Candidate belonging to OC and BC communities shall secure minimum 35 % marks in
  DEECET-2022. For Scheduled Casts, Scheduled Tribe and Physically Challenged candidates the minimum qualifying mark for allotment of seats reserved under the respective categories will be 25 %. That is to say
  candidates belonging to SC and ST communities should secure 35 % of mark:s for consideration against seats under OC/NCC/CAP/Spots category.

Note: The Candidates who passed Intermediate with Vocational Courses are not eligible

Allotment of Seats AP DEECET 2022:
All the sanctioned intake of seats in Government DIETs shall be filled by the Convener. DEECET-2022 on the basis of rank obtained in the DEECET- 2022 duly following the rule of reservation vide Rule 6 & 7 of G.O.Ms.No.30, dt. 08-07-201  The seats allotted to the Un-Aided institutions shall be classified as (1)  Category
·A· seats (2) Category ·B· seats. The Category ·A· seats shall be 80% of the sanctioned intake seats in the Un-Aided institutions that do not opt for SW.2 shall be filled on the basis of rank obtained in the DEECET – 2022. The Un-Aided institutions that opt for SW.2 shall maintain the region wise reservation. The Category’s· seats
shall be 20% of the total intake seats in the Un-Aided institutions. These 20% seats shall be opened for the candidates who appeared in DEECET-2022 and has been assigned rank in the common merit list.

Subject wise allotment of seats for admission into D.El.Ed. course

1. Mathematics – 25% of seats

2. Physical Science – 25% of seats

3. Biological Science – 25% of seats

4. Social Studies – 25% of seats

ELEGIBILITY FOR Subjects:-

1. Mathematics:- Those who studied Mathematics as a subject at Intermediate level

2. Physical Science: – Those who studied Physics & Chemistry as subjects at Intermediate level

3. Biological Science: – Those who studied Botany & Zoology as subjects at Intermediate level

4. Social Studies: – Those who studied any of two subjects out of Civics, Economics, History, Geography and Commerce at Intermediate level

For seats in all Government DIETs and Category ‘A’ and ‘B’ seats of Private Elementary Teacher Training Institutions

(a)The candidate should have passed or appeared for the Intermediate Examination (Qualifying Exam) or its equivalent as decided by the DEECET Committee for appearing at the DEECET. However, he/she should have
passed the qualifying examination at the time of admission.

(b) The candidates should have secured 50% of marks in aggregate in the Qualifying Examination for appearing in the DEECET for both ‘A’ and ‘B’ category seats.

Scheme of Entrance Test AP DEECET 2022

The Division of Marks and eligibility criteria The Question Paper of DEECET-2021 consists of 100 marks with objective questions.
