ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ప్రభుత్వం వారి ఆదేశముల మేరకు, డైరక్టర్, APOSS గుంటూరు కార్యాలయం నందు రాష్ట్ర కోఆర్డినేటర్లుగా (State Coordinators) (Foreign Service క్రింద) మరియు విజయనగరం, విశాఖపట్నం, తూర్పు గోదావరి, కృష్ణ మరియు కర్నూలు జిల్లాల యందు జిల్లా కోఆర్డినేటర్లులుగా (District Coordinators) (Redeployment. క్రింద) పనిచేయిటకు ప్రభుత్వ/జిల్లా పరిషత్ పాఠశాలల యందు పనిచేయుచున్న ప్రధానోపాద్యాయులు /స్కూలు అసిస్టెంట్లులు (except PDs) ఉపాధ్యాయుల నుండి దరఖాస్తులు కోరడమైనది. మిగతా పూర్తి వివరముల కొరకు మరియు (online application) ఆన్లైన్ దరఖాస్తులు కోసం www.apopenschool.ap.gov.in (website) వెబ్సైట్ ను సందర్శించ వలసినదిగా తెలియపరచడమైనది.

Applications from the eligible candidates in the prescribed Proforma available at www.apopenschool.ap.gov.in are invited for the posts of District Coordinators and State Coordinators in O/o the Director, APOSS, Amravati ,Guntur.

Applications should be submitted to the Director, APOSS, Amravati, Guntur through online only.

The eligibility criteria, qualifications, application form are available at www.apopenschool.ap.gov.in.

Last date for submission of applications in online :01.10.2021.

SCHEDULE AND ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR THE POSTS OF DISTRICT COORDINATORS AND STATE COORDINATORS IN THE STATE

1. Applications in the prescribed format are invited for the posts of District Coordinators and State Coordinators in the Director, APOSS Amaravati ,Guntur.

EXAMINATION CENTRES:

The Examination centers will be finalized based on the received applications and it will be informed through SMS /e-mail to concerned Teachers/applicants.

he above vacancy posts will be tentatively modifying as per the Government orders.
Applications should be submitted to the Director, APOSS.
Amravathi Guntur through online only.
Non Gazeted Teachers (School Assistants)-(Except PDs) will be apply for the post of District Coordinators in the same district School Assistant teachers only.
After selection of the Teacher is appointed in the same district only.
All Gazetted (HMS) and Non-Gazetted (School Assistants)-(Except PDs) teachers will be apply for the post of State Coordinator (HMS/ School Assistant Teachers) in the state.
After selection of the HMS/S.As was appointed in the state office (i.e O/o The Director, APOSS. Amaravti, Guntur).
All applicants should apply through proper channel.
Candidates can apply for more than one post in one application
Age of the candidates shall be below 50 years as on notification date.
Minimum 5 Years experience in the cadre(SA/Gr.II HM).
No applicant can claim right for deputation/foreign service to the Director, APOSS based on this notification.
The antecedents of the individual, previous experience, track record etc..will also be taken into consideration for deputation/foreign service & terms.
The Director, APOSS Guntur may consider or reject the application for deputation..
The orders of deputation will be cancelled at any time without assigning any reason or prior notification based on the performance of the HM/ (School Assistants) (Except PDs) Teachers.
District Coordinators:
A. As per the G.O.RL.No. 1214 Education (PTOG.II.I) Department, dated: 12.08.1997 the Government have permitted the School Assistant to work as District Coordinator, APOSS in the O/o the District Educational Officer concerned District on redeployment basis. The salary for the redeployed post shall be drawn from District Educational Officers office establishment itself.
 
B. Minimum experience of the School Assistant should be 5 years in Government/Zilla Parishad service and age should be below 50 years. school Assistant Physical Directors should not eligible for the post of District Coordinator. 
 
C. After completion of the Computer Based Test, marks wise panel will be prepared and who got the highest marks the person will be selected for the post. The orders will be issued by the Director as per the Government Memo No.ESE01-SEDNODOSS(MISC)/04/2019 PROG-III, School Education (Prog.III) Department, dt: 11.12.2019 & 06.09.2021.
 
D. The tenure of the District coordinators is 5years as per G.O Rt No:1214 Education (Prog.III) Department dt: 12.08.1997 continued 3years the Director, APOSS will be issued as per the performance appraisal report received from the DEO concerned on every year and further two more years the Government will be issued the orders as per the performance appraisal reports submitted by the DEO concern and the Director, APOSS to the Government. E. Job chart and Instructions will be issued by the Director, APOSS from time to time.
State Coordinators:
A. At present sate coordinators -7 posts are vacant in O/o the A.P. Open School Society. Hence the following Subject wise State Coordinators in the cadre of School Assistants/Headmasters may be considered for selection of State Coordinators & Subject wise details here under.
1. School Assistant (Telugu).

11. School Assistant/Head Master (Hindi/Urdu).

iii. School Assistant/Head Master(Mathematics Physical science).

iv. School Assistant (Biological Science).

v. School Assistant /Head Master (Biological Science).

vi. School Assistant (Social Studies).

vii. School Assistant/Head Master (Social Studies).
B. Minimum experience of the School Assistant/Headmaster concerned should be five(05) years in Government/Zilla Parishad service and age should be below 50 years. Qualification should be preferable Post Graduate in concerned subject. (Because of preparation of Text Books, conducting workshops, orientation programmes and updating of syllabus).
 
C. After completion of the Computer Based Test, marks wise panel will be prepared and who got the highest marks the person will be selected for the post. The orders will be issued by the Director as per the Government Memo No.ESE01-SEDNODOSS(MISC)/04/2019 PROG-III, School Education
 (Prog.III) Department, dt:11.12.2019. 
 
D. The tenure of the State Coordinator is 5 Years under Foreign Service Terms and Conditions as per G.O.P.No. 10, Finance and Planning (FE.FR.II) Department, dated: 22.01.1993) inued up to three years the Director, APOSS will be issued orders as per the performance based on every year and further two more years the Government will be issued the orders as per the performance report submitted by the Director, APOSS to the Government.
 
E. Job chart and instructions will be issued by the Director, APOSS from time to time.
 
SYLLABUS:
A Computer Based Test may be conducted for the following subjects for selection of the District Coordinator, details as follows:
i. General Knowledge 20 Marks
ii. Computer Knowledge 15 Marks
iii. General English  10 Marks
iv. APOSS related 05 Marks
Total: 50 Marks.
