In continuation of this office reference 6th and 7th cited, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education, District Educational Officers and Addl. Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the State are
informed that, 1st round allotment of seats under 12 (1) C of RTE and confirmation of admissions has already been completed for the year 2024- 25.
2) In this regard, it is further informed that, the 2nd round of allotment of seats was done and announced on 31-05-2024 for admission into Class-I through lottery system to the eligible children under RTE 12 (1) (C) for the
academic year 2024-25.
3) The following number of Students selected in the lottery system as hereunder.

forwarded to the all District Educational Officers and Addl. Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the State and they are requested to ensure to confirm the allotted seats by the managements of concerned
schools as on 10/5/2024 as per the given schedule.

Therefore, All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education, District Educational Officers and Addl. Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the State are hereby requested to take appropriate further
necessary action in this matter and ensure that proper information should reach to all allotted students. If any further information related to allotment of seats to visit www.cse.apschooledu.in. Any deviations in this
regard viewed as serious.
