# AP School Composite Grants – MRC Grants 2024-25 Utilization Guidelines - Link: https://amaravathiteacher.com/ap-school-composite-grants-mrc-grants-2024-25-utilization-guidelines/ - Published: 2024-10-22T19:02:42+05:30 - Author: Venkat ## AP School Composite Grants – MRC Grants 2024-25 Utilization Guidelines ** AP School Composite Grants – MRC Grants 2024-25 Utilization Guidelines** ## AP School Composite Grants 2024-25 Utilization Guidelines : AP School Grants Norms 2024 Composite school grant for Elementary and Secondary and Sr. Secondary Schools for year 2024-25 Released AP Primary, UP, High Schools Maintanence Grant 2024-25 Samagra Shiksha, AP – Quality – Sanction of an amount of **Rs.5190.275 Lakhs **towards composite school grant for Elementary, Secondary and Sr. Secondary Schools for the year 2024-25 Release of 50% to the Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the State – Orders- issued  **Rc.No. 55-15024/36/2021-SAMO-SSA, Dt. 21/10/2024** ** ****Read:** AWP&B 2024-25 The Finance Controller of this office is hereby informed that in the reference cited as per the availability of the funds in APSS 50% composite grants i.e. **Rs.5190.275 Lakhs **of the overall budget were released to the districts (as per PAB 2024-25 approved) for 40728 schools both elementary, Secondary and Sr. Secondary schools for the PAB 2024-25 as per enrollment in UDISE 2022­23 except PM SHRI schools, KGBVs, Jr. Colleges and other society schools. **Releases of 50% composite grants to schools (Rs. In Lakhs)-2024-25** Under the powers vested with the State Project Director, A.P. Samagra Shiksha, sanction is hereby accorded and released 50% composite grants i.e. **Rs.5190.275 Lakhs ** from the total budget of Rs. 10380.55 to release the district APCs as per PAB 2024- 25 approved for **40728 **schools. The Finance Controller of this office is hereby instructed to release the budget for an amount of **Rs.5190.275 Lakhs **to the above Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the State. The above sanctioned amount for Rs.5190.275 Lakhs shall be met from the **intervention of Composite School grant of PAB 2022-23. (S.No. 5.4 & ****3.4).** The District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the State are hereby directed to release the budget to the above Schools concerned immediately for the year 2024-25 and upload the expenditure in PRABANDH portal without fail and also directed to inform to the school HMs to upload the estimation and expenditure in the app developed by TCS team and it will be approved by MEO through online also for utilization of annual grants like PMSHRI ## MRC Grants 2024-25 Utilization Guidelines : AP MRC Grants 2024-25 Utilization Guidelines Norms AP MRC Mandal Resource Centre Grants 2024 for year 2024-25 Released MRC Grant 2024-2025 Samagra Shiksha AP – Quality Initiatives -Sanction of an amount of Rs. 882.7 Lakhs towards MRC grants for Providing financial support for strengthening of MRCs with Certain Guidelines for utilization of the grants – Orders- Issued – Reg  **Rc.No. SS-15024/136/2020-SAMO-SSA, Dt. 19/10/2024** **Read:** F. No. 6-112024-15.6 Government of India Ministry of Education (Department of School Education & Literacy) (IS-6 Section)- .PAB Minutes 2024-25, DT.15-4-2024. The Finance Controller of this Office is hereby informed that as per the availability of the funds in APSS, financial support for strengthening of MRCs has been provided for 679 MRCs at the rate of Rs. **1,30,000 per ****MRC. **The released amount covers** Maintenance (Rs. 30,000), ****Contingency (Rs. 40,000), **and **TLM Grant (Rs. 30,000)** and **Meeting ****TA (Rs. 30,000) **in accordance with the **PAB 2024-25 approvals.** Therefore, Under the powers vested with the State Project Director, A.P. Samagra Shiksha, sanction is hereby accorded and released MRC grants an amount of Rs. 882.7 lakhs @ Rs. 1.30 lakhs for each MRC to release the district APCs as per PAB 2024- 25 approved for679 MRCs. Further instructed to APCs to release the grants to functional MRCs only. The Finance Controller of this office is requested to release the budget for Rs. 882.7 lakhs @ Rs. 1.30 lakhs for each MRC to release the above district APCs as per PAB 2024-25 approved for679 MRCs. The above sanctioned amount for **Rs.882.7 Lakhs shall be **met from the **intervention of academic support for BRCs (S.NO. 5.6.2.5, ****5.6.2.6,5.6.2.7, 5.6.2.8)of PAB 2024-25.** The District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the state are hereby requested to **release the ****budget only to functional MRCs **as per the guidelines. They are also instructed to direct the **MEOs to upload estimations and expenditure ****bills **in the app developed by the **TCS team, ** which will be **approved ****online by the DEO/APC **for the utilization of MRC grants. Additionally, **expenditure details must be promptly uploaded to the PRABANDH**** portal **without fail. **Certain instructions for the utilization of MRC grant** **Maintenance Grant: Rs. 30,000 / –** * Electricity charges: * Maintenance of toilets * Maintenance and repairs of computer peripherals and office equipment * Miscellaneous **Grant of TLE/TLM: Rs. 30,000 / –** * Reference books, library books, magazines, News-paper etc.: * Purchasing of TLM * Management of mandal level fairs * Talent Search and Quiz Competition * Lab Equipment * Miscellaneous **Meeting Travel Grant: Rs. 30, 000 / –** * Travel allowance for subject matter experts * Conveyance charges for school visits * Expenses on Review Meeting with HM * Miscellaneous **Contingent Grant: Rs. 40,000 / –** * Internet charges * Stationery * Minor repairs to floors and windows, * Meeting * Miscellaneous **Grant Usage:** * The grants should be deposited directly by the District Project Office in the account of the Mandal Education Officer. * The Mandal Resource Center Grant shall be purchased or finished in accordance with the approval of the Committee established by the Mandal Education Officer, the Heads of the two School Complex and the Heads of the two Primary / Primary Schools. * The expenditure details should be written on the wall with the paint on the MRC and displayed. * Details of sanctioned grants and expenditure should be recorded in cash book from time to time. * Receipts and UCs should be stored in voucher files. * Details of the purchases should be entered in the Resolutions Book. * Purchased goods should be recorded in the stock register. * The Ledger, Check Book, Pass Book, Bank Statements, etc. shall be maintained and maintained in full detail in all matters relating to the management
