The District Educational Officers, Kakinada and Chittoor are informed that the following clarifications are issued:

I may kindly be clarified whether exemption granted in para no 7 above is applicable to the employees who have completed 5 years of service in the erstwhile district i.e., Chittoor District [Office of the District Educational Officer, Chittoor] or should they be transferred as laid down at para-4 | No, erstwhile district were not exempted, transfers should be held as per the orders laid down at para 4 in the G.O. |
