## AP SELF ASSESSMENT TEST : జిల్లాలోని అందరూ ఉప విద్యాశాఖాధికారులు, మండల విద్యాశాఖాధికారులు మరియు ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులకు సూచనలు:

 *  ఫార్మేటివ్ అసెస్మెంట్ పేరు సెల్ఫ్ అసెస్మెంట్ గా మార్పు జరిగింది.
 * ఆగస్టు 27 నుంచి సెల్ఫ్ అసెస్మెంట్ పరీక్షలు టైం టేబుల్ ప్రకారం రోజుకు ఒక పరీక్ష
   చొప్పున జరుగుతుంది.
 *  1 – 8 తరగతు లకు CBA పద్ధతిలో OMR తో పరీక్ష జరుగుతుంది. 9, 10 తరగతులకు రెగ్యులర్
   పద్ధతిలో పరీక్షలు జరుగుతాయి.
 * పరీక్ష పేపర్లు మండలాల వారీగా ప్యాకింగ్ వస్తుంది. పరీక్ష పేపర్లు పంపిణీ చేయనప్పుడు
   ఖచ్చితంగా 4 మెంబర్ కమిటీ, DCEB నుంచి వచ్చిన పేపర్ ను రిసీవ్ చేసుకుని వాటిని ట్రంకు
   బాక్స్ నందు భద్రపరిచి పరీక్ష రోజున ఒక గంట ముందు మాత్రమే లాగ్ బుక్ లో నమోదు చేసుకొని
   పంపిణీ చేయవలెను.
 * కమిటీలో ఎంఈఓ 1 & 2, ఒక కాంప్లెక్స్ ప్రధాన ఉపాధ్యాయులు మరియు ఒక ఎలిమెంటరీ పాఠశాల
   ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు కమిటీగా ఏర్పడవలెను.
 * పరీక్ష పత్రము వాట్సాప్ లో గాని, యూట్యూబ్లో గానీ మరియు ఏ ఇతర సామాజిక మాధ్యమాలలో
   వచ్చిన యెడల సంబంధిత అధికారులు/మండల కమిటీ/ఉపాధ్యాయులపై చర్యలు తీసుకోవడం జరుగుతుందని
   కమిషనర్ ఆఫ్ స్కూల్ ఎడ్యుకేషన్ వారు స్పష్టంగా తెలియజేయడం జరిగింది.
 * కావున సెల్ఫ్ అసెస్మెంట్ ఎగ్జామ్స్ పూర్తిస్థాయిలో అన్ని అంశములను దృష్టియందు ఉంచుకొని
   నిర్వహిం చి, ఎటువంటి లీకేజీలకు తావు లేకుండా జిల్లా, మండల /పాఠశాల స్థాయిలలో అత్యంత
   పకడ్బందీగా నిర్వహించవలెను.
 * మండలాలకు ప్రశ్నాపత్రము 1-5 తరగతులకు, 6 నుండి 10 తరగతులకు విడి బండిల్స్ మరియు 
   OMR ప్యాకెట్, BULK OMR లు సరఫరా చేయబడతాయి.
 *  పరీక్ష పేపర్లు కేవలం ప్రభుత్వ యాజమాన్య పాఠశాలలకు మాత్రమే ఇవ్వబడుతాయి. PRIVATE
   పాఠశాలలకు ఏ విధమైన ప్రశ్న పత్రములు ఇవ్వబడవని DIRECTOR, SCERT వారు తెలియజేయడం 
   జరిగింది.
