I am to inform you that the SSC Advanced Supplementary Examinations, May-2026 are scheduled to be conducted from 25-05-2026 to 04-06-2026.

📌 Guidelines for Constitution of Centers

Centers shall be constituted keeping following points in view :

• Infrastructure & capacity: Centers with good accommodation, furniture and other physical amenities shall be selected. Centers must accommodate at least 250 candidates.
• Candidate projection: Reckon the number of candidates who have failed in the SSC Public Examinations, March-2026 and add 10% more capacity to fit for proposing the number of centers in each E.Z.
• No ‘C’ category centers shall be constituted for ASE May-2026.
• Avoid rural centers unless necessary: Select the centre which is connected to nearby rural areas in the zone, at the same time the centre shall not be far from the schools clubbed in the zone to avoid inconvenience to candidates travelling long distances.
• Full postal address of the Secondary Schools which are constituted as centers should be furnished along with PIN CODE, Telephone Numbers etc.
• Chief Superintendent details: Full Name and Official address of the Chief Superintendents / Departmental Officers along with their Office / Residence Telephone numbers should be provided.
• Storage points: Care should be taken to propose the storage points keeping in view the distance between the examination centers and the storage points.
• Distinguish ‘A & B’ centers: In case more than one center is constituted in the same school building, ensure clear identity as “A & B” center specifically.
• Avoid problematic centers: Centers which were found problematic in SSC March-2026 Examinations and having poor accommodation shall not be constituted. Schools with sufficient furniture must be preferred.

📬 Submission of Proposals

The proposals for the constitution of centers for ensuing SSC Advanced Supplementary Examinations, May-2026 should be sent to mail id dir_govexams@yahoo.com and hard copy may be sent in person so as to reach the undersigned on or before 02-05-2026 5:00 PM without fail for approval.

⏱️ All the District Educational Officers are requested to adhere to the above specified date as very short time is available for the conduct of the Advanced Supplementary Examinations, May-2026, and this office has to gear up and plan for making all pre‑examination arrangements for the smooth and orderly conduct of the above examinations.
