EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR STATE PESA COORDINATOR (1 POSITION) AND DISTRICT PESA COORDINATORS (4 POSITIONS)

The Office of Commissioner, Panchayat Raj & Rural Development (CPR&RD) desires to fill up the positions of State PESA Coordinator (1) to be stationed at O/o. CPR&RD at Tadepalli, Guntur; and District PESA Coordinators (4) in the Districts of Parvathipuram Manyam, Alluri Sitharama Raju, Anakapalli and Eluru respectively on Contractual basis.

The Name and No. of Positions, educational qualifications and work experience sought are as follows:

Important Notes:

1. All the positions are Temporary, and the period of engagement shall be for a period one year initially and renewed based on the performance of the individuals and continuation of funding support from Rashtriya Gram Swaraj Abhiyan Scheme.
2. The selected candidates shall have no right to claim permanent employment in the State Government departments or its subordinate offices.
3. Candidates will be shortlisted for interviews in the ratio of 1:3 as per the criteria prescribed for shortlisting of candidates by the screening committee.
4. Based on the number of applications received, an additional selection process (Written examination & Group discussion among shortlisted candidates for interviews) will be decided as may be required.
5. Consolidated remuneration will be paid as shown below with an annual enhancement to be decided by the State Executive Committee.

6. The decision of the Screening Committee in shortlisting of the candidates for interviews; and the State level Selection Committee for final selection of candidates after interviews shall be final and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
7. Shortlisted Candidates for interview will be given intimation 3 days before the interview date through email/phone to attend the interviews at O/o Commissioner, PR & RD, Tadepalli, Guntur.
8. State level Selection Committee shall assess the performance of the candidates in the Interview and finalize the candidates suitable for each of the posts and their working location. Therefore, the candidates applying should be willing to work at any work location assigned to them at State/Districts.
9. Candidates belonging to Scheduled Tribes/Scheduled Castes/Women and Specially-abled categories are encouraged to apply.
10. Candidates shortlisted will be called for an interview and subject to the satisfaction of the screening committee on the genuineness of Attested Experience Certificates and Attested Educational Qualifications by the candidates along with their application format.
11. Original post-graduate degree certificates and marks cards issued by the University recognized by University Grants Commission shall be produced at the time of interview by shortlisted candidates for interview. Attested copies by a Gazetted officer shall be sent along with application form through E-mail and by Post.
12. Original SSC certificate should be produced at the time of Interview for Age verification. Attested copies by a Gazetted officer shall be sent along with application form through E-mail and by Post.
13. Original Work Experience certificates shall be submitted at the time of Interview for verification. Attested copies by a Gazetted officer shall be sent along with application form through E-mail and by Post.
14. Candidates are required to enter their E-mail ID and Contact details in application form with due care, as it is the mode of further correspondence with shortlisted candidates.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

• No other allowance such as DA/HRA etc. would be admissible for appointments on contract basis. However, Tour travel allowances applicable when deputed to training programmes are eligible to be paid as per the rules in vogue.
• Leave: Candidates shall be eligible for 15 days leave in a calendar year on pro-rata basis. No remuneration shall be drawn for the period in case of his / her absence beyond 15 days in a year calculated on a pro-rata basis.
• All appointments are purely temporary and can be terminated at any time by a decision of the State Executive Committee without assigning any reasons and without any prior notice.
• The appointed Candidates needs to give a one month notice to the controlling authority in State/District if they want to terminate their contractual engagement after appointment
• Selected Candidates will have to sign an MoU with O/o Commissioner, PR & RD on the terms and conditions applicable to them.
