1 If a teacher joined same school after promotion, shall we count both cadre service or promoted cadre service for station seniority? Yes count both cadres for 5/8 years
2 Reliever teacher was transferred in 2017 transfers and again transferred in April 2018. Should we count this teacher’s service for 5/8 years? 5/8 years in one station means he/she has to take salary continuously in that place. Hence you have to count the years from joining date only
3 In one school there is one surplus teacher. There is a junior PHC teacher. Should he be considered as surplus? What to do? Junior PHC shall be exempted and next senior will be shown as surplus
4 In one school one teacher is surplus. Other teachers’ senior teacher has completed 8 years and is due for transfer in 2 years. Another junior teacher is due for transfer in 2 years. This is a special case. Who should be declared surplus? This type of cases are very rare but Junior will be treated as surplus
5 One SC teacher couldn’t get promotion due to roster point. He was appointed as SGT in 2001. Another OC teacher got promotion before this SC teacher though he was appointed as SGT in 1998. Who should be declared surplus? We consider the seniority in the particular cadre (SGT cadre, SA cadre subject wise). Hence, we don’t consider the SGT seniority here. Whoever is in the seniority list while taking the promotion… and both joined same day/date in the school, SC candidate is senior due to being senior in the seniority list
6 Regarding Study Leave vacancies – should we consider the entire leave duration as vacant? With regard to study leave teachers who went on study leave and those who will complete their course after June 1st, all these will be shown as vacancies
7 Candidates who have been deputed to undergo higher studies (such as M.Ed., B.Ed) as per G.O.342, Dt.16-08-1977, do we need to show these posts as vacancy? Yes show it as vacancy
8 MPUPS, Pantapalem 28192901504, Muthukur Mandal, New structure post as per norms: HINDI, ENGLISH, Maths&BS. But one PH ortho teacher_SA Telugu is working now. Please suggest whether that post should be shown vacant or not. Don’t disturb Telugu PHC candidate and allot three teachers Hindi, English & Maths as per UP school norm rules
9 Some teachers have joined on 23/04/2018 in new school (transfers 2017 August, but no substitute). These teachers posts should be shown vacant or not? In this case he/she has not completed 8 years. Hence, don’t show it as vacancy

12 A blind teacher has completed 8 yrs. There is one more teacher junior to him. What to do? Should he be exempted? Don’t disturb the blind teacher due to court case. To follow the same rule just like blind for HI and ORTHO
13 Telugu and Hindi pandits joined some districts on September 23/2017. Will they come under compulsory transfer? No, they don’t come under compulsory transfer
14 Cut Off Dates for Vacancies a. Clear vacancies including retirement vacancies as on 31st May of that year
