3 | If the spouse is working in a Group 2 post at the Head Office in Vijayawada, which is not a neighboring district, will the spouse category still be applicable in this case? | Yes, applicable. |
4 | The teacher husband is retiring on May 31, 2025. Can she apply under the spouse category? | No. Spouse points is considered only for working employees. |
5 | If some teachers have a 40% VH (Visually Handicapped) certificate and 55% OH (Orthopedically Handicapped) earlier and has recently been given only 30% disability by Hospital, should he be considered as surplus, or should the next senior be shown as surplus? (He/She has completed 8 years of service) | Yes, Surplus as per percentage of PH given by the latest medical board certificate. |
6 | If a PET (Physical Education Teacher) is working against an SA (PD) post and is going to retire within one year, and if no PET posts are available in the district, should the SA (PD) post be shown as surplus or not? | PET shall be surplus. |

10 | Headmasters (Gr.II)/Teachers who are under suspension and completed 5/8 Academic Years of service shall apply for transfer? | Yes. |

12 | Whether service of aided teachers will be considered? | Yes, service of aided teachers will be considered for service points only i.e., 0.5 points per year, but not for claiming the cadre seniority. |

16 | School Assistant (SA) worked from 01.01.2016 to 20.12.2024, and he/she promoted as Headmaster (HM) and posted in the same school on 21.12.2024. In the current compulsory transfer process, both cadres (SA and HM) have been considered together, treating it as service in the same school for 5 years. However, when it comes to awarding points, only 5 points are being given by considering only the HM cadre. As a result, I am losing approximately 3 points. Therefore, I request that in such cases, a minimum of 8 points may kindly be considered. | In the Headmaster Gr.II cadre the maximum period for station points is 5 years. Hence, the maximum station points are given to Headmaster Gr.II is 5 years only. |
