National Health Mission- Recruitment of Specialist Doctors for by Conducting  Walk in Interview from 02.09.2021 to 08.09.2021. (Sl no.1 to  4)

And also for recruitment of Medical Officers, Paramedical and Supporting Cadre Posts Sanctioned in Health Facilities as per schedule given below. (Sl no.5 to 14).

Check List:

1.	S.S.C or Equivalent examination Marks Memo.
2.	Intermediate or 10+2  examination Marks Memo.
3.	Qualifying Examination Pass Certificate.
4.	Marks  memos of  all  the years (qualifying examination)
5.	Registration and Renewal certificates of respective councils must be in force.
6	Internship  Certificate  if any applicable.
7.	Latest Caste certificate  issued by the  Tashildhar/MRO  concerned
8.	Study certificate for  the years from 4th  class to  10th Class.   In case of Private study residence certificate from the Tashildhar /MRO concerned for the above period (4th to 10th Class study period).
9.	PH certificate (SADAREM CERTIFICATE) in respect of candidates Claiming reservation under  PH Quota
10.	Sports certificate in respect  of candidates claiming  under Sports quota.
11.	Relevant Certificates in respect of candidates claiming Ex Service man Quota
12	1 photographs duly pasted on the application form with self attestation

The age limit of the above said posts is for the general Category (OC)42 Years and for Reservation Category (BC, SC, ST) 5 Years more and for PH Candidates get more 10 years and EWS Certificate from MROs concerned.

As Selection process is purely based on 75 % Weigtage of marks of Technical Qualification marks and 10 marks Weigtage from the year of passing of Technical Qualification and 15 marks for in service candidates those who are working on outsourcing basis/Contract Basis in any schemes (HDS/CDS/Arogya Sree HCT etc., or under any PPP (Total 100 Marks) as per G.O. Ms.No.298 HM&FW.. (B1) Department, Dt: 16.06.2020.

The Entire selection process shall be through District Selection Committee. Tentative Schedule of the above requirement is as follows
