ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ రాష్ట్ర ఎన్నికల సంఘం ULB ఎన్నికల్లో Presiding Officers పోలింగ్‌కు ముందు
ఏర్పాట్లు, పోలింగ్ రోజు సంబంధిత వివరాలు మరియు నిర్ణీత సమయాల్లో ఓటర్ల హాజరు వివరాలను
నమోదు చేసి సమర్పించడానికి ఉపయోగించే మొబైల్ అప్లికేషన్ ఇది. ఈ వివరాలు APSEC ULB Mobile

### How to Login – లాగిన్ విధానం

 1. అధికారికంగా అందిన APSEC Mobile App ఓపెన్ చేయండి.
 2. ఎన్నికల అధికారులు అందించిన Username, Default Password నమోదు చేయండి.
 3. Username ఆకృతి: `po_ulb_polling station number_ulb code` (మాన్యువల్ ఉదాహరణ: `po_ulb_1/
    2_009900`).
 4. మొదటిసారి లాగిన్ సమయంలో Presiding Officer పేరు, హోదా, మొబైల్ నంబర్ నమోదు చేసి Next
    క్లిక్ చేయండి.
 5. మళ్లీ లాగిన్ చేసి నమోదిత మొబైల్ నంబరుకు వచ్చిన OTP ద్వారా Verify చేయండి.
 6. వివరాలు సరిచూసి Dashboard కు వెళ్లండి.

### Before Poll Day – పోలింగ్‌కు ముందు

Dashboard లో **BEFORE POLL DAY** ఎంచుకుని విధి నిర్వహణ, పోలింగ్ కేంద్ర ఏర్పాట్లు
మరియు సంబంధిత ప్రశ్నలకు సమాధానాలు నమోదు చేయాలి. ముందుగా Save చేయండి. **Submit చేసిన
తరువాత సమాధానాలను మార్చలేమని మాన్యువల్ పేర్కొంది.**

### Poll Day – ఓటింగ్ వివరాల నమోదు

**POLL DAY** విభాగంలో సంబంధిత ఎన్నికల వివరాలు, పోలింగ్ పురోగతి, ఓటింగ్ శాతం మరియు
పోలింగ్ ముగింపు సమాచారాన్ని నమోదు చేయాలి.

**గమనిక:** నమోదు చేసిన పోలైన ఓట్ల సంఖ్య పోలింగ్ కేంద్రంలోని మొత్తం ఓటర్ల సంఖ్యను
మించకూడదు. అన్ని వివరాలు సరిచూసుకున్న తరువాత Submit చేయాలి.
