విద్యార్థులకు బస్సు పాసులు*
★ ఈ నెల 12 నుంచి 2019-20 విద్యాసంవత్సరం ప్రారంభం కానున్నది.
★ ఈ మేరకు విద్యార్థులకు బస్సు పాసులిచ్చేందుకు ఆర్టీసీ యాజమాన్యం సిద్ధం.
★ ఈ నెల 6 నుంచి బస్సులు జారీ చేస్తారు.
★ గతేడాది ఇచ్చిన విధంగానే ఈసారి కూడా బస్సు పాసులు ఇస్తారు.
★ పదో తరగతి చదువుతున్న ఆడపిల్లలు,
ఏడో తరగతి చదువుతున్న మగ పిల్లలకు ఉచిత బస్సు పాసులు జారీ చేస్తారు.
★ ఆయా డిపోల్లో బస్సు పాసులను పొందవచ్చును.
★ విద్యార్థుల కోసం ఆర్టీసీ అధికారులు ప్రతి డిపో నుంచి ప్రత్యేక బస్సు సర్వీసులను నడుపుతున్నారు.
★ గతంలో మూడు నెలలు, ఏడాది బస్సులు పాసులు జారీ చేసే వారు.
★ కానీ విద్యార్థుల అభ్యర్థన మేరకు ఈ ఏడాది నుంచి నెల పాసులు కూడా జారీ చేస్తారు.
★ నెల, మూడు నెలల, ఏడాది పాసులు ఏదీ కావాలన్న తీసుకోవచ్చు.
ఈ ఏడాది నుండి బస్సు పాస్ లు అన్లినే లో ఇస్తారు.
12-06-2019 నుండి అప్లై చేసుకోవచ్చు.
BUS PASSES ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
STUDENTS BELOW 12 YEARS OF AGE :
In pursuance of the policy of Andhra Pradesh State Government, Corporation has implemented the facility of issuing free bus passes to all the Students below 12 years of age w.e.f. 01.02:1984, to travel free from the residence to school and back by ordinary buses up to a maximum of 20 KMs in rural areas and 22 KMs in cities, irrespective of whether the Institution is of Government, aided or private one.
The facility is available in cities and in rural areas.
The Head of the Institution shall certify the date of birth and bonafides of the students. Free route pass between residence and school will be issued by the nearest Depot Manager.
FREE TRAVEL BUS PASSES TO GIRL STUDENTS STUDYING
UPTO CLASS X AND BELOW :
Based on the decision of the Government of Andhra Pradesh vide letter
No.12540/Tr.III(2)/2000-1, dt.21.08.2000, Corporation has implemented
free travel facility to all girl students up to an upper age limit of 18 years,
studying Class X and below.
This facility is extended for travel between the residence and school by ordinary services up a maximum distance of 20 KMs. in rural areas and 22 KMs. in cities.
The Students studying in Government, Government aided or private registered school are eligible for which the Head of the School shall
certify the date of birth and bonafides of the Students.
AADHAR DETAILS FOR STUDENT PASSES:
It is now mandatory to enter Aadhar number in system for all the student general/route passes (yearly/quarterly) except free passes. Student has to submit Xerox copy of Aadhar card along with application form.
USER CHARGES:
Issue of ID Card : Rs.50/-
Renewal of Bus pass : Rs.40/-
Yearly ID cum Bus pass : Rs.100/-

Student Studying in Evening College shall enclose Unemployment Certificate issued by concerned Head of the Institution.

Free bus passes are eligible for below 12 years for boys up to 7th class and girls below 18 years up to 10th class free bus passes will be issued only up to 30th September .

Concessional bus passes for the students will be allowed up to the age of 35yrs.

The entire image consisting of the photo along with the signature is required to be scanned and stored in *.jpg format on local machine. Ensure that the size of the scanned image is not more than 50kb. If the size of the file is more than 50kb, then adjust the settings of the scanner such as the dpi resolution, no. of colours etc., during the process of scanning.
