### **BASELINE TEST 2022  INSTRUCTIONS : **

 * NCERT మరియు  ప్రథమ్ ఫౌండేషన్
    వారు సూచించిన టెస్టింగ్ టూల్స్ ఆధారంగా రూపొందించిన
   ప్రశ్నా పత్రాలతో అన్ని ప్రభుత్వ (GOVT’ ZP, MUNICIPAL, APMS, KGBV, WELFARE SCHOOLS)
   మరియు ఎయిడెడ్ యాజమాన్యాలలోని పాఠశాలలలో   తేది 22.07.22 న బేస్లైన్ టెస్ట్ నిర్వహించడం
   జరుగుతుంది.23.07. 22 న ఇంగ్లీష్ , 25న మాథ్స్ బేస్ లైన్ టెస్ట్ నిర్వహించడం జరుగుతుంది.

 * బేస్లైన్ టెస్ట్ రెండవ తరగతి నుండి పదవ తరగతి వరకు చదువుచున్న విద్యార్థులకు నిర్వహించాలి.

 * ప్రశ్నా పత్రాలు సమగ్ర శిక్ష నుండి అందించబడతాయి.

 * పరీక్ష ముగిసిన తరువాత జవాబు పత్రాలను మరియు ఇతర మెటీరియల్ ను రాష్ట్ర కార్యాలయానికి
   పంపాలి.

 * ఒక్కొక్క ఉపాధ్యాయునికి నాలుగు పేజీల ఇన్స్ట్రుక్షన్స్ బుక్లెట్లు ఇవ్వబడతాయి.

 * మరో ఐదు  పేజీల ఓరల్ టెస్టింగ్ టూల్స్ ప్రశ్నా పత్రం ఇవ్వబడతాయి

 * ప్రతి విద్యార్థికి పెన్ వినియోగించి వ్రాయ వలసిన  నాలుగు పేజీల టెస్టింగ్ టూల్ 
   ప్రశ్నా పత్రం ఇవ్వబడుతుంది.

 * ఇవి పది సెట్స్ లో ఇవ్వబడతాయి.

 * వీటిని
    విద్యార్థులకు ఇచ్చేటప్పుడు మొదటి విద్యార్దికి సెట్ 1, రెండవ విద్యార్థికి
   సెట్ 2,  మూడవ విద్యార్థికి సెట్ 3, వరుస క్రమంలో ఇవ్వాలి.

 * మొదటి పదిమంది విద్యార్థులకు వరుసక్రమంలో పది సెట్లు ఇచ్చిన తరువాత పదకొండవ విద్యార్థి
   నుండి మరల సెట్ 1 నుండి ప్రారంభించి ఇవ్వాలి.

 * తెలుగు, ఇంగ్లీష్ , గణితంలలో బేస్లైన్ టెస్ట్ నిర్వహించాలి.

 * బేస్లైన్ టెస్ట్ రెండు రకాలుగా ఉంటుంది.

 * మొదటిది మౌఖిక పరీక్ష. రెండవది రాత పరీక్ష.

 * రెండు నుండి పదవ తరగతి వరకు ఒకే రకమైన ప్రశ్నా పత్రం ద్వారా మౌఖిక పరీక్ష జరపాలి.

 * మొదటి రోజు తెలుగు, రెండవ రోజు ఇంగ్లీష్ , మూడవ రోజు గణితంలో మౌఖిక పరీక్ష నిర్వహించాలి.

 * మౌఖిక పరీక్ష కొరకు ప్రతి పాఠశాలకు రెండు శాంపిల్స్ ఇవ్వబడతాయి.

 

### ప్రతి శాంపిల్ నందు ఐదు స్థాయిలు ఉంటాయి. అవి:

తెలుగు నందు:-  ప్రారంభ స్థాయి, అక్షరాల స్థాయి, పదాల స్థాయి, పేరా స్థాయి, కథ స్థాయి.

గణితం నందు :- ప్రారంభ స్థాయి, ఒక అంకె సంఖ్యలు, రెండు అంకెల సంఖ్యలు, మూడు అంకెల సంఖ్యలు,
గణిత ప్రక్రియలు ఇంగ్లీష్ నందు :- ప్రారంభ స్థాయి, కాపిటల్ లెటర్స్, స్మాల్ లెటర్స్,
పదాలు, వాక్యాలు విద్యార్థి చదవగలిగిన విధానాన్ని బట్టి ఆ విద్యార్థి ఏ స్థాయిలో ఉన్నాడో
గుర్తించాలి. ఒక్కొక్క విద్యార్థిని వ్యక్తిగతంగా పిలిచి, చదివించి వారి స్థాయిని నిర్ధారణ
చేయాలి మౌఖిక పరీక్ష నిర్వహించగానే పిల్లల స్థాయిని రిజిస్టర్ నందు నమోదు చేయాలి. ఆన్లైన్
లో ఎంటర్ చేయాలి.

ముఖ్య గమనిక :-

 * మౌఖిక పరీక్షలో నాలుగు, ఐదు స్థాయిలలో ఉన్న బాలలకు  మాత్రమే  రాత పరీక్ష నిర్వహించాలి.

 * రెండు నుండి ఐదు తరగతుల విద్యార్థులకు తెలుగు, ఇంగ్లీష్ లలో మాత్రమే రాత పరీక్ష 
   ఉంటుంది.

 * గణితంలో మాత్రం మౌఖిక పరీక్షలో ఉన్న చతుర్విద ప్రక్రియలు చేయగలిగిన విద్యార్థులు
   రాత పరీక్ష రాసినట్లు పరిగణించాలి.

 * ఆరు నుండి పదవ తరగతుల విద్యార్థులకు తెలుగు, గణితం, ఇంగ్లీష్ లలో రాత పరీక్ష నిర్వహించాలి.

 

### రాత పరీక్షలో మొత్తం నాలుగు స్థాయిలు ఉంటాయి. అవి

1. అసలు ఏమీ రాయని / చేయని వారు
 2. ప్రయత్నిచారు కానీ అన్నీ తప్పులే 3. రెండు మాత్రమే
సరిగా రాశారు. 4. అన్నీ సరిగ్గా రాశారు.

 * ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు,
    ఉపాధ్యాయులందరూ పైన పేర్కొన్న అంశాలన్నింటినీ క్షుణ్ణంగా అవగాహన
   చేసుకుని విద్యార్థులకు ఇప్పటినుండే తగిన తర్ఫీదు ఇవ్వాలి.

 * తేదీ 22.07.22 న విద్యార్థులందరూ హాజరగుటకు ప్రణాళిక సిద్ధం చేసుకోవాలి.

 * ఉపవిద్యాశాఖాధికారులు,
    మండల విద్యాశాఖాధికారులు వారి పరిధి లోని అన్ని ప్రభుత్వ
   మరియు  ఎయిడెడ్ యాజమాన్యాల పాఠశాలల వారికి ఈ విషయాలు తెలియజేయడంతో పాటు, నిర్వహణ
   తీరును పర్యవేక్షించవలసిందిగా కోరడమైనది.

 *  ఈనెల 22 నాడు అన్ని
    తరగతులకు నిర్వహించబోయే బేస్ లైన్ టెస్ట్ శాంపిల్ పేపర్లను
   విడుదల చేశారు రాత పరీక్ష మరియు మౌఖిక పరీక్షల్లో టెస్ట్ నిర్వహించబడుతుంది.
