INTRODUCTION The Andhra Pradesh Government is providing quality education to the talented students of under privileged and weaker sections of the society through Residential Schools. This helps to bring out the naturally hidden talents of the talented students and prepares them to face the challenges of the 21st century. SC, ST, BC and General Residential Institutions have been established through the welfare department and each year talented students are admitted to these schools. Admissions into these institutions is through common entrance test (BRAGCET), while education in the institutions is free including boarding & lodging. A candidate who is studying class IV to X class respectively in any recognized school of the concerned district is eligible to apply for admission into APSWREI Society. **(b)** A candidate appearing for the Entrance test must be studying in Class-IV to X respectively for the full academic year 2025-26. Registration can be done by paying Rs.100/- through online from Official websites. Parents and Guardians have to go through the notification cum prospectus and ensure the fulfillment of eligibility criteria. Candidates can apply online from **20.01.2026 to 19.02.2026** through **https://apbragcet.apcfss.in**. #### Process of Application: It is a two stage process: **A. Acknowledgment:** Online Payment facility in the form of Net Banking, UPI ( Paytm, Google Pay, Etc.,), Credit/Debit card payments. **B. Application:** The following documents in soft form (JPG format of size between 10 to 100 kb) may be kept ready for registration: 1. Photograph 2. Aadhaar 3. Certificate for OH/VH/HH if candidate is claiming under physically challenged category 4. Parents income Certificate 5. Caste Certificate [SC / ST / BC / MINORITY / EWS/MBC] The eligible candidates [by Parents and Guardians] have to fill up the online form and upload the photograph, Caste Certificate, PHC certificate and parent’s income certificate etc. The certificate should be uploaded in jpg format of the size between10- 100 kb only. Since online data is being captured, it is requested to fill the data in online application form with due care. No request will be entertained to correct/ modify the data submitted by applicants. **Important:** Before clicking the submit button, please go through the data entered and if any modifications are to be done then click on edit button and make the changes if any and then click the submit button. Once the application is submitted there is no further edit option for modifying the data entered. STRUCTURE OF THE ENTRANCE TEST The entrance test will be of **One & Half hour duration** and will have only objective type questions. Merit in Test and as per school preference opted by the candidate at the time of submission of application. 2. The reservation for physically challenged Children (Divyangulu), Orphans and children of the Army personnel are considered in their respective caste reservation quota. 7. The vacancies in the special categories (Physically challenged, orphans, children of the army personnel) are filled as per the directions of the Government. DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED AFTER SELECTION The parents of the candidates who are provisionally selected for admission will have to submit the following documents at the time of admission for verification: 1. Proof for date of birth – The copy of Birth Certificate issued by competent authority. 2. Previous class bonafide certificate. 3. Copy of Aadhaar Card of the candidate: As per section 7 of Aadhaar act, 2016, the Provisionally selected candidate has to submit the copy of Aadhaar Card to get admission. 4. Medical fitness certificate. 5. Disability certificate (if applicable) 6. Category/community certificate (SC/ST/BC/Minority/EWS) if applicable. **Note:** The TC from parent school after the verification of documents and confirmation of admission by the respective Residential Society is to be submitted. ### For More Information If the candidates need more information or if they have any problem, they can contact the nearby District Coordinator or the Principals of Dr.B.R.Ambedkar Gurukulams. The contact details are provided in ANNEXURE – III IMPORTANT NOTES 1. The Secretary, APSWREIS has the power to cancel / make necessary changes in the admission process. 2. A candidate allotted to a particular centre cannot be allowed to write the test in any other centre. 3. After downloading the hall tickets, students/ Parents must personally verify the examination centre to make travelling arrangements. 4. No candidate will be allowed into the examination hall after 10 minutes of the commencement of the test. 5. Candidates should bring their examination pad and a blue/black ball pen with them. 6. As per sanctioned strength, students are admitted in Class V in each Residential institution through a Selection Test subject to availability of suitable candidates. The Secretary, APSWREIS reserves the right to reduce the seats or to withhold result and/or withhold admission and/or conduct of Society in case adequate accommodation is not available. 7. All the efforts are to be made to provide correct information in the portal which may be substantiated at the time of admission. 8. It is intimated to all concerned that verification of proofs for District, age, eligibility including district of study, category (Rural/Urban & SC, ST, Divyangulu) etc. as per norms will be done for all provisionally selected candidates through the laid down procedure after the declaration of results.
