Complex HMs TNA Survey Link 2024-25 :

ఆంధ్ర ప్రదేశ్ విద్యావ్యవస్థలో ఉపాధ్యాయులను బలోపేతం చేయడానికి వారికి ఎటువంటి ట్రైనింగ్స్,
Continuous Teachers Professional Development సపోర్ట్ కావాలి అని తెలుసుకోవడం కొరకు
Teacher Need Analysis (TNA) ని కాంప్లెక్స్ HM ల సహకారంతో  ఈ ప్రాసెస్ జరుగుతుంది.

TNA ఓరియెంటేషన్ మీటింగ్ నందు వివరించినట్లుగా అందరూ క్రింది విధముగా స్టెప్స్ ని ఫాలో
అయ్యి TNA ని కంప్లీట్ చేయవలెను.

1. మీ కాంప్లెక్స్ పరిధిలో ఉన్న నలుగురు ప్రైమరీ టీచర్స్, 6గురు సబ్జెక్టు టీచర్స్ 
ని (తెలుగు, హిందీ, ఇంగ్లీష్, గణితం, సైన్స్, సోషల్) మీ స్కూల్ లో Focus Group Discussion(
FGD) కొరకు ఆహ్వానించండి.

2. మీకు పంపిన TNA QUESTIONS ని రెండు కాపీలు ప్రింట్ తీసుకోండి, ఒకటి మోడరేటర్ (HM)–
ప్రశ్నలు అడగటానికి, రెండోది NOTE TAKER కొరకు – హాజరైన టీచర్స్ లో నుండి ఒకర్ని ఎంచుకొని
టీచర్స్ చెప్పే సమాధానాలను రాసేవారు.

3. అన్ని ప్రశ్నలు డిస్కస్ చేసిన తర్వాత నోట్ TAKER రాసినటువంటి సమాధానాలను ఆన్లైన్
గూగుల్ ఫారం లింక్ లో టైపు చేసి, గ్రూప్ ఫోటో తో సహా సబ్మిట్ చేయవలెను.
