The attention of all the District Educational Officers/District School Educational Officers and Mandal Educational Officers in the state is invited to the subject cited and are informed that, timely and quality redressal of Greivances (all forms) has been the highest priority of the Government for ensuring accountability and effective administration and for improving service delivery in the School Education Department.

In this regard, all the District Educational Officers/ District School Educational Officers and Mandal Educational Officers are hereby instructed to all be available in their respective offices on every working day during the timings noted below exclusively for receiving and redressing grievances:

The above instructions shall be implemented with immediate effect and all the District Educational Officers/ District School Educational Officers are directed to ensure that these timings are strictly adhered to by all concerned MEOs under their respective jurisdictions. Any deviation will be viewed seriously.
