Distribution of Smart Health Cards with QR code to all the Government Employees, Pensioners Instructions

- As per the reference cited above, Dr. YSR Aarogyasri Health Care Trust has decided to print and distribute 16 lakhs Smart Health Cards with QR code to all the Government Employees, Pensioners and their dependent family members in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
- In this regard, the Trust has delivered Smart health cards to all the District Coordinators of Dr.YSR Aarogyasri Health Care Trust. The District Coordinator will hand over the Employees & their dependent family members cards to all the Head of the Departments and Pensioners & their dependents cards to Sub Treasury Officers in that particular district. All the HODs are requested to handover the Smart Health Cards to respective DDOs to reach all the Employees and their family members. All the STOs are requested to distribute the cards to all the Pensioners belongs to that STO.
- In this regard all the HODs are requested to get the acknowledgement from the DDOs. The DDOs should get the acknowledgement from the Employees and their family members. The STOs should get the acknowledgement from the Pensioners and submit the same to District Coordinator of Dr. YSR Aarogyasri Health Care Trust as early as possible to get the services by all the beneficiaries under the Employees Health Scheme.
