Personal attention of deputy directors of 13 district treasury officers in the state is invited to the subject cited.
It is to inform that, due to year end activity is currently underway, all the ddos and STOs should follow the given timelines for processing the pay bills for the month of march 2020.
The DDOs Activities are as follows
Start date for submission 19th march 2020
Closure of submission 22nd march 2020
The Audit activities by STOs are as follows
Start date 19th March 2020
End date 25th march, 2020.
In this connection all the DDs and DTOs are instructed to communicate above time schedule to all the DDOs under their jurisdiction and also display the same on the notice board of DTOs and DTOd with out fail.
