The attention of all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and the District Educational Officers in the State is invited to the reference read above, and they are informed that the Academic Calendar for the year 2026-27 has already been communicated. Further, the tentative schedule of the Self-Assessment Model Paper – I (FA-1) examinations has already been incorporated into the Academic Calendar.
The finalized schedule, along with a detailed timetable, exam pattern are as follows.

📋 Guidelines for smooth conduction
- Question papers stored securely at school complex (1–5) and MRC (6–10).
- MEOs and School complex HMs are custodians.
- Papers handed over only 1 hour prior to exam.
- School HM, MEOs & CRPs to visit schools for fair conduct.
- Any untoward incident to be reported immediately.
- Focus on monitoring in private & government schools.

📖 Annexure – I (Syllabus June–July)
SCERT AP FA-I Syllabus for Classes I to X (Telugu, Hindi, English, Maths, EVS, Science, Social etc.) as per the detailed table. For complete syllabus refer to the official document.
📌 Annexure – II Assessment Pattern 2026-27
- Formative Assessment (FA): 4 times (Aug, Oct, Jan, Feb). Tools: Participation, Written Work, Project, Written Test (35 marks).
- Summative Assessment (SA): 2 times (Nov, Apr). 80 marks for I–IX; 100 marks for X (SA-1).
- Class X: Public Exam (SA-2) by DGE; Pre-final in Feb & Grand test in March.
- Internal marks: 20% weightage (FA1–4 + SA1) for classes I–IX.
