The feedback form is designed to collect comprehensive feedback from both education
officers and teachers who have participated in School Complex meetings in the academic
year 2023-24. This form consists of both rating scale questions and open-ended questions.
Request everyone to respond to all the questions in the form.

All stakeholders in the districts, including District Education Officers (DEOs),
Additional Project Coordinators (APCs), sectoral officers, DIET faculty, MEO-1 &
2, school complex Headmasters, and teachers, are requested to open the provided 
link and submit feedback on the school complex meetings organized last year. Please
ensure to submit your feedback promptly.
