Sub:- School Education – Proposal for restructuring of Cluster School Complexes in the State-Objections called for -Reg.

Read:- Govt.Memo.No.2654893/Prog.II/A1/2024,Dated:19.12.2024

While communicating the Government memo referenced above, all the District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators in the State are requested to call for the objections on the proposed new clusters (annexure) from their field functionaries and stakeholders for raising objections from 21-12-2024 to 27-12-2024 through offline and the window will be provided in online at https://cse.ap.gov.in, to receive objections in online from 23-12-2024, objections should be disposed in consultation with the Vidya Sameeksha Kendra, and forward final cluster mapping
to the undersigned.

Therefore, all the District Educational Officers/District School Educational Officers/Additional Project Co-ordinaators in the State are requested to publish the  proposed school complexes in all district head quarters/ mandal head quarters and call for objections or suggestions with in the stipulated time to take further action in the matter.
This should be treated as most urgent.
