వార్డు కార్యదర్శుల విధులు :

  • వార్డుల్లో నియమితులైన వాలంటీర్ల విధులను పర్యవేక్షించాలి.

  • ప్రజల నుంచి వచ్చే వినతులు స్వీకరించాలి. ఆయా విభాగాల సిబ్బందితో వాటి పరిష్కారానికి చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలి.

  • లబ్ధిదారులకు ప్రభుత్వ పథకాలు అందుతున్నాయో లేదో తరుచూ పరిశీలించాలి. కొందరు లబ్ధిదారులను సంప్రదించి వారి అభిప్రాయాలను ప్రభుత్వానికి నివేదించాలి.

  • ప్రజల సమస్యల పరిష్కారానికి ఎప్పటికప్పుడు చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలి.

  • ప్రభుత్వ సంక్షేమ పథకాలు డోర్ డెలివరీ అయ్యే విధంగా చూడాలి.

  • విద్య, ఆరోగ్యం, పారిశుధ్య పరిస్ధితులపై అవగాహనా కార్యక్రమాలు నిర్వహించాలి. వార్డు వాలంటీర్లు వీటిని సక్రమంగా నిర్వహించేలా చర్యలు చేపట్టాలి.
