Koushal Registration 2025 Introduction

The KOUSHAL competition is conducted in both Telugu and English henceforth prompting the usage of mother tongue, which makes easy learning and understanding the science in a broader way.

• KOUSHAL – A State level Talent Test
• There are two Categories in the Competitions
    1. Quiz      2. Poster / Reels
• Eligibility:
  for QUIZ: Class 8th, 9th and 10th Students
  for Poster: Class 8th & 9th Students
  for Shorts / Reels: Class 10th Students
• Registration: Students have to register using our Website
• No Registation Fee for both categories
• Only 5 members per class are allowed to register.
• Of the 5 registered members per class, the first three (i.e., Serial Nos. 1 to 3) will be designated as Quiz Team Members.
• The next two members will be designated as Members for Reels (Class X), Poster 2 (Class IX), and Poster 1 (Class VIII).
• For the Screening exam students have to arrange their own Smart Phone / Tab / Laptop / Desktop with good Internet Connectivity

The Director of School Education, Andhra Pradesh, has granted permission to conduct the State Level Science Competition “KOUSHAL – 2025” in November 2025 for students in Government Schools. This initiative is organized in association with Vijnana Bharathi and Science City, AP.

Koushal Registration 2025 Competition Timeline

• Preliminary Examination (School Level – Online): 1st, 2nd & 4th November, 2025
• Second Level (District) Examination: 27th & 28th November, 2025
• Prize Distribution to District Level Winners: Any one day from 1st to 5th December, 2025
• State Level Examination: 27th December, 2025

• QUIZ: The top two quiz-enrolled students from each class (total of 06) selected at the District Level from each district will be allowed to participate in the State Level Koushal Competition.
• Poster 1: Top two Class – VIII students from each district will be awarded 1st and 2nd Prize and also allowed to participate in the State Event.
• Poster 2: Top two Class – IX students from each district will be awarded 1st and 2nd Prize and also allowed to participate in the State Event.
• Reels: Top two Class – X students from each district will be awarded 1st and 2nd Prize and also allowed to participate in the State Event.
• QUIZ at state level will be conducted using a projector.
• The rules will be announced at the venue.
• The decision of the organizing team, quiz-master will be final and will not be subjected to any change.

Koushal Registration 2025 Guidelines

All participants are hereby instructed to follow the rules and regulations mentioned below. Participants must ensure that they abide by all the rules and regulations.
1. Size of the Poster: Half chart (22×15 inches) or (55.88×38.1cm)
Note :-If the chart size 1 or 2 cm above or below no issue.
2. Materials Allowed: card board/chart/cloth paper/or any ecofriendly materials,Natural colors, Sketches, Pencil, paper cuttings, etc.
3. Prohibited materials: flex, vinyl, thermocol, etc., pollutants.
4. Poster 1, Poster 2 and Reels should reflect any one of the respective given themes.
5. The language of explanation may be either in Telugu or English.
6. No Project type materials or kits allowed for presentation.

  Life and contributions of Sathyendranath Bose (సత్యేంద్రనాథ్ బోస్ జీవితం మరియు ఆయన చేసిన కృషి)

OD Facility for Teachers

• OD facility for State, Academic, and District Coordinators for any 3 days during 10th Oct to 22nd Oct, 2025 for outreach and registration activity.
• OD facility on 27th and 28th Nov, 2025 to organize sensitization program for shortlisted students.
• OD facility to all Districts, State Coordinators & Academic Team Members to attend State level competition on 27th December 2025.

Koushal Registration 2025 Important Notes

• The test is free of cost for students studying in Government and Aided Schools.
• No financial aspects are involved in the conduct of the merit tests.
• Organizers shall not use student information for profit without explicit approval from the department.
