Read the following:-
1. From the Commissioner, School Infrastructure, A.P., e-file No.ESE02/628/2025- CIVIL SEC- SSA (Comp.No.2837214).
2. Letter Rc.No.3260610/MBMB/2026, dated 19.05.2026 of the Commissioner, School Infrastructure, A.P., Amaravati.
ORDER
In the reference 1st read above, the Commissioner, School Infrastructure, A.P., Amaravati has submitted proposals for according Administrative Sanction for strengthening infrastructure in 5,989 Model Primary Schools (MPS) across the State under Mana Badi Mana Bhavishyathu Programme during the financial year 2026-27.
2. Government, after careful examination of the proposal, hereby accord Administrative Sanction for an amount of Rs.571.11 Crores (Rupees Five Hundred Seventy One Crores and Eleven Lakhs only) for strengthening infrastructure in 5,989 Model Primary Schools across the State under Mana Badi Mana Bhavishyathu Programme during the financial year 2026-27.
3. The Administrative Sanction accorded in para (2) above shall cover the following infrastructure components:

4. Government hereby permit utilization of budget provision available under the following Heads of Account communicated in G.O.Rt.No.1574, Finance Department, dated 21.04.2026:
- SH.35 Mana Badi Mana Bhavishyathu: Upgrading Infrastructure in High Schools – SDH 531 Major Works.
- SH.06 Mana Badi Mana Bhavishyathu Infrastructure Facilities in Schools – SDH 531 Major Works.
5. The Commissioner of School Infrastructure, School Education, shall take further necessary action accordingly, in the matter.
