School Education Department – Administrative sanction accorded for an amount of Rs.100,00,00,000/- ( Rupees One Hundred Crore only) towards implementation of the new scheme MANA BADI: NAADU NEDU during the Financial Year 2019-2020 – Orders – Issued.
In pursuance of the Budget Release Order issued by Finance Department, Government hereby accord an administrative sanction to the Commissioner of School Education, A.P. for an amount of Rs.100,00,00,000/- ( Rupees One Hundred Crore only) from the BE provision 2019-2020 towards meeting the expenditure for implementation of the new scheme MANA BADI: NAADU NEDU during the Financial Year 2019-2020 under the following head of accounts: 4202012021106210217 4202012021106520521 4. The Commissioner of School Education, A.P. / the State Project Director, A.P. Samagra Shiksha shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly and submit progress of the utilization of funds to Government from time to time.
1. *MOU:* stms.ap.gov.in నందు HM Login అయ్యాక, Title bar లో ఎడమ వైపునఉన్న
*APPROVALS* పై క్లిక్ చేసి, మొదట work Approvals పై క్లిక్ చేయాలి.
అందులో Mandal, School ను select చేసికొని, క్రిందవున్న table పై క్లిక్ చేయాలి.
అపుడు దాని క్రింది భాగంలో కొన్ని వివరాలుతో *Generate MOU* అని ఉంటుంది.
దీనిపై క్లిక్ చేసిన మీ పాఠశాలకు చెందిన Mou డౌన్లోడ్ అవుతుంది.
దీనిని ప్రింట్ తీసుకొని, చివరి పేజీలో కమిటీచే సంతకాలు చేయించిన తర్వాత మరల ఇదే మెనూలో అప్లోడ్ చేయాలి.
2. *REGISTRATIONS* :- దీనిపై క్లిక్ చేసి, Account Registration నందు బ్యాంకు అకౌంటు వివరాలు submit చేయాలి.
3. *ESTIMATIONS* :- ఇందులోని Resolution పై క్లిక్ చేసి, మండలం, పాఠశాల ను సెలెక్ట్ చేసి, కమిటీ సభ్యుల సంఖ్య, తేదీ లను వేసి, మేస్త్రి, కమిటీ సభ్యుల తీర్మానం ను అప్లోడ్ చేసి సబ్మిట్ చేయాలి.
4. *stms app* : stms.ap.gov.in. నందు *DOWNLOAD APK* పై క్లిక్ చేసి works grounding photos పై క్లిక్ చేసిపుడు *STMS(1.8.1).apk* డౌన్లోడ్ అవుతుంది.
ఈ యాప్ మీ మొబైల్ లో install చేసి, మీ పాఠశాల *U Dise Code* తో open చేసి పోటోలను అప్లోడ్ చేయాలి.
*★పై వన్నీ ఈ నెల 15వ తేదీలోపల తప్పక పూర్తి చేయాలి.
మనబడి నేడు-నాడు కార్యక్రమంలో ఎన్నికైన పాఠశాలల ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులకుఇచ్చిన సూచనలు :*_*
1) STMS Website నుండి MOU ను డౌన్లోడ్ చేసుకొని తల్లిదండ్రులు కమిటి సభ్యుల సంతకాలు చేపించి మండల ఇంజనీర్ అధికారి గారికి మండల విద్యాశాఖ అధికారి వారి ద్వారా పంపగలరు
2) 13-01-2020 నాటికి జాయింట్ అకౌంట్ 7 మంది సభ్యులతో ఓపెన్ చెయ్యాలి
3) 15-01-2020 నాటికి అన్ని పాఠశాలలో గ్రౌండింగ్ (పనులు) మొదలు పెట్టాలి దీనికి సంబంధించిన ఫోటోలు ఒకటి లేదా రెండు మాత్రమే పోస్ట్ చెయ్యాలి
4) మీకు అవసరమైతే పాఠశాలల్లోపనిచేసే PRT (Part TimeTeacher) లను ఉపయోగించుకోవచ్చు
ఒకవేళ అకౌంటు ఓపెన్ చేయలేకపోతే మీ అకౌంట్లలో డబ్బులు పడవు.
మీ పాఠశాల మంచి అవకాశంకోల్పోయే ప్రమాదం ఉంది.కనుక జాగ్రత్త వహించగలరు.
మన బడి: నాడు-నేడు’ కార్యక్రమానికి సంబంధించి ఈ క్రింది పుస్తకాలు వ్రాయాలి.

Get the Print, Signoff the copy and upload it again. To upload the resolution copy select Mandal & School Name
Choose the signed copy, fill all the required details and click on SUBMIT button. 2. For Account Registration. Goto REGISTRATION – Account Registration
Click on Register New Account
Search the bank with IFSC Code
Click on Submit Details
3. For MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) Goto APPROVALS – Work Approvals
Click on Project
Click on Generate MoU
Put all the signatures at the end of the MoU. – Scan the signed copy and upload in the same screen
Give Remarks and click on UPLOAD SIGNED MoU
