In pursuance of the orders obtained in circulation in the reference cited, I communicate the following information for taking necessary action.
a) Submission of all type of bills, except under Major Head: 6003 & other Loan repayments; and Electricity Bills under the 14th Finance Commission Funds for the current FY 2020-21 shall be closed on 24/03/2021 at 10.00 AM
b) Treasury offices / Pay and Accounts offices shall complete the audit of all bills by 25/03/2021 at 10.00 AM.
c) Salary bill submission with new Financial Year ID.2021- will be made available to all the Drawing and Disbursing officers from 25/03/2021 and the Treasury offices / Pay and Accounts offices shall complete the Audit of all the Salary bills by 29/03/2021
