SCHOLARSHIP FOR GIRLS 2020-21

అల్పాదాయ వర్గాల అభివృద్ధికి ఆర్థిక పరిస్థితులే పెద్ద అడ్డుగోడలు. చదువుకోవాలనే ఆసక్తి, ప్రతిభ ఉన్నప్పటికీ అడుగు ముందుకు వేయలేరు.

ముఖ్యంగా బాలికలు ఇలాంటి సమస్యను ఎక్కువగా ఎదుర్కొంటున్నారు.

ఈ నేపథ్యంలో తొమ్మిది, పది, ఇంటర్‌ మొదటి, రెండో సంవత్సరం తరగతుల్లో ఉన్న మైనారిటీ వర్గాల విద్యార్థినులను ఆదుకోడానికి ప్రభుత్వం స్కాలర్‌షిప్‌ను అందిస్తోంది.

మొదట ఆదాయ పరిస్థితులను, తర్వాత మెరిట్‌ను పరిగణనలోకి తీసుకొని ఎంపిక చేస్తోంది.

మైనారిటీ వర్గాల్లోని ప్రతిభావంతులైన పేద బాలికలను ఉన్నత చదువులకు ప్రోత్సహించే లక్ష్యంతో బేగం హజ్రత్‌ మహల్‌ నేషనల్‌ స్కాలర్‌షిప్‌ను ప్రభుత్వం ఏటా అందిస్తోంది.

వారి విద్యాభివృద్ధికి ఆర్థిక స్థోమత అడ్డంకి కాకూడదనే దీన్ని ఏర్పాటు చేశారు.

ఈ నేషనల్‌ స్కాలర్‌షిప్‌కు నోటిఫికేషన్‌ విడుదలైంది.

దిల్లీలోని మౌలానా ఆజాద్‌ ఎడ్యుకేషన్‌ ఫౌండేషన్‌ దీన్ని అందిస్తోంది.

ఇది మైనారిటీ మంత్రిత్వ శాఖ అధీనంలో ఉంటుంది.

స్కూలు లేదా కాలేజీ ఫీజులు చెల్లించడానికి, కోర్సుకి సంబంధించిన పుస్తకాలు లేదా స్టేషనరీ కొనుక్కోడానికి, కనీస తిండి అవసరాలను తీర్చుకోడానికి సాయపడాలనే లక్ష్యంతో ఈ స్కాలర్‌షిప్‌ను అందజేస్తున్నారు.

స్కాలర్‌షిప్‌ వివరాలు

తొమ్మిది, పది తరగతులు చదువుతున్న విద్యార్థినులకు రూ. 5,౦౦౦ ,

ఇంటర్మీడియట్‌ వారికి  రూ. 6,౦౦౦ చొప్పున స్కాలర్‌షిప్‌ ఇస్తారు.

డబ్బు  నేరుగా అభ్యర్థుల ఖాతాలో జమ అవుతుంది.

స్కాలర్‌షిప్‌ పొందినవాళ్లు ఏదైనా కారణంతో చదువును మధ్యలో ఆపేస్తే వారి ఉపకారవేతనం రద్దవుతుంది.

దీని కోసం ఆన్‌లైన్‌లో దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవాలి.

అప్లై చేసిన తర్వాత ప్రింట్‌ అవుట్‌ తీసుకొని పోస్టులో పంపాలి.

దరఖాస్తుకు ఎటువంటి ఫీజు చెల్లించాల్సిన అవసరం లేదు.

కేంద్ర, రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వాల నుంచి ఏవైనా ఉపకారవేతనాలు పొందుతున్న వారు దీనికి అనర్హులు. మొత్తం స్కాలర్‌షిప్‌లను రాష్ట్రాలు, కేంద్రపాలిత ప్రాంతాల్లోని ఆయా మతాల జనాభా ప్రాతిపదికన అందిస్తారు.

ఇందుకు 2011 జనాభా లెక్కలను ఆధారం చేసుకుంటారు.

ఎవరు అర్హులు?

దేశవ్యాప్తంగా తొమ్మిది నుంచి పన్నెండో తరగతి వరకు చదువుతున్న విద్యార్థినులందరూ ఈ స్కాలర్‌షిప్‌కు దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవచ్చు.

అభ్యర్థులు మైనారిటీ వర్గాల్లోని ముస్లిం, క్రైస్తవ, సిక్కు, బౌద్ధ, పార్సీ, జైన మతాలకు చెంది ఉండాలి.

వారి కుటుంబ వార్షిక ఆదాయం రూ. రెండు లక్షలకు మించకూడదు.

ముందు తరగతుల్లో కనీసం 50 శాతం మార్కులు పొంది ఉండాలి.

అంటే ఉదాహరణకు తొమ్మిదో తరగతి విద్యార్థిని స్కాలర్‌షిప్‌కు దరఖాస్తు చేసుకుంటే, ఆమె ఎనిమిదో తరగతి మార్కులను ఆధారం చేసుకుంటారు.

ఎంపిక: 

మొదట తక్కువ వార్షిక ఆదాయం ఉన్న అభ్యర్థులను పరిశీలిస్తారు.

ఎంపికలో రెండో ప్రాతిపదికగా మెరిట్‌ను తీసుకుంటారు.

Maulana Azad Education Foundation is providing “Begum Hazrat Mahal National Scholarship” to meritorious girl students belonging to the six notified minority communities (I.e muslims , Christians, Sikhs, Buddhists, parsis and Jain’s). The scholarship is provided Rs.5,000/- each for class IX, X and Rs.6,000/- each for XI, XII.

Scholarship will be awarded to minorities girl students who are studying in Class 9th to 12th, and have secured atleast 50% marks or equipment grade in aggregate in previous class and annual income of students parents does not exceed Rs.2 Lakh.

The last date for submission of online Application of scholarship is Registration of applications – 31 October,2020.

The students may refer to the guidelines of scheme available on the website.

Applicants advised to download school verification form and upload scanned copy of the same, dully verified by the Head of the Institution along with other documents as required in the Scheme guidelines.

Scholarship amount is directly credited to the bank account of the selected applicants through direct beneficiary transfer DBT mode.

There are no fees/charges for either online application form or for any other service in this regard.
