Mega DSC 2025 Joining Date Instructions for Salary Purpose
While enclosing a copy of the reference cited, all the DTAOs are hereby instructed to admit the pay and allowances of the newly appointed teachers through Mega DSC 2025, who attended induction training from 03-10-2025 to 10-10-2025, wef 03-10-2025, duly verifying all documents and mandatory Government deductions.

It is to inform that the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh signed the very first file to initiate the Mega DSC Recruitment for filling (16,347) teacher posts across various categories on 13.06.2024 with the objective of strengthening the school education system and ensuring quality education for all children in the State. In pursuance of this, the Government issued G.O.Ms.No.27, dated 13.06.2024, followed by G.O.Ms.No.15 and 16, dated 19.04.2025, prescribing the TRT guidelines and scheme of selection rules.
Pursuant to the notification issued on 20.04.2025, the recruitment examinations were conducted from 06.06.2025 to 02.07.2025, and the final selection lists were released on 15.09.2025. Subsequently, a State-level programme was organized on 25.09.2025 in the august presence of the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, during which appointment orders were ceremoniously issued to all the selected candidates. Accordingly, all the selected candidates joined their duties on 03.10.2025 and attended induction training programmes from 03.10.2025 to 10.10.2025, aimed at providing the newly recruited teachers with essential pedagogical, instructional, and administrative orientation. Upon successful completion of the training, all the newly appointed teachers reported in their regular duties.
In view of the above, it is requested that necessary instructions may kindly be issued to all the District Treasury Officers concerned to admit the pay bills and
arrange for the drawal and disbursement of salaries to the newly appointed teachers with effect from 03.10.2025, based on the attendance details certified by the respective Drawing and Disbursing Officers (DDOs).
