 Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test – 2023 JNV Selection Test for admission to Class-VI in JNVs for the academic session 2023-24 will be held On Saturday, 29th April 2023 at 11.30 A.M.

The last date to submit online application is 31st January 2023.

Navodaya Vidyalaya Admission 2023 for Class 6: Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) has released the notification for the 6th Class Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test (JNVST) for session 2023-24. Presently there are 649 Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas in the country in 27 States and 8 Union Territories.JNV Selection Test for Admission to Class-VI in JNVs for the academic session 2023-23 will be held on Saturday, 29th April 2023 at 11:30 am. The last date to submit the application form for JNV Admission 2023 is January 31, 2023. The eligible students can apply online for the NVS Admission 2023 from the website navodaya.gov.in starting from January 2, 2023.

JNV Class-6 Admission 2023 Eligibility

Only the bonafide resident candidates from the district concerned where the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya has been located are eligible to apply for admission.

Candidate has to study class V in any of the Govt. or Govt. recognized schools located in the same District during 2022-23.

Age Limit: A candidate seeking admission must not have been born before 01-05-2011 and after 30-04-2013 (Both dates are inclusive).

JNV Admission Test 2022 Exam Patten and Syllabus

The selection test will be of two-hour duration from 11:30 am to 01:30 pm and will have 3 sections with only objective-type questions. There are 80 questions in all for 100 marks.

Reservation:

At least 75% Seats in a district will be filled by candidates from rural areas.  Reservation for SC, ST, OBC and Divyang candidates as per Govt. Norms. Minimum ¹/3 of the seats are reserved for girl students.
