Rural Development Department – Social Security Pensions (SSP) – Enhancement of the
existing pension amount for different categories of pensioners and restoring the
name of the scheme as “NTR Bharosa Pension Scheme”– Orders – Issued.

ORDER:
 Government is committed to the Welfare and development of all segments of
the Society. Enhancement of pension amount is a major welfare measure to ameliorate
the hardships of the poor and vulnerable sections of the society, particularly the
old and infirm, widows, and persons with disability etc., to secure a dignified 
life.

2. Under the circumstances reported by the Chief Executive Officer, Society for 
Elimination of Rural Poverty (SERP), in the reference 6th read above and as part
of implementation of the above welfare measures, the Government, after consideration
of the matter, hereby order the following:
 (a) Enhancement of existing pension 
amount from Rs. 3,000/-month to Rs.4,000/- month for OAP, Widow, Weavers, Toddy 
Toppers, Fishermen, Single Women, Traditional Cobblers, Transgender, ART(PLHIV),
Dappu Artists and pensions to Artists. (b) Enhancement of disabled persons pension
from Rs. 3,000/-to Rs.6,000/- to all persons with disability and multi deformity
Leprosy persons.

(c) Enhancement of pension to fully disabled persons from Rs. 5,000/- to Rs.15,000/-.
(
d) Enhancement of pension amount from Rs. 5,000/- to Rs. 10,000/- for persons with
Chronic diseases viz., Bilateral Elephantiasis-Grade 4, Kidney, liver and heart 
transplant, CKDU not on Dialysis CKD Serum Creatinine of >5 mg, CKDU Not on Dialysis
CKD estimated GFR <15 ml, CKDU Not on Dialysis CKD Small contracted kidney. (e) 
The enhanced pensions mentioned at (a) shall be payable from 1st April, 2024 disbursed
from 1st July, 2024 along with 3 months arrears. Thus the amount to be disbursed
under this category will be Rs.7000 in the month of July, 2024. Thereafter Rs.4000/-
month shall be disbursed every month. (f) In respect of (b), (c) & (d) mentioned
above, the enhanced pension amount shall be disbursed from 1st July, 2024. (g) The
name of the Pension scheme shall be restored to “NTR Bharosa Pension Scheme”.

3. The enhancement in different categories of pensions as ordered in para (2) above
is represented in a tabular form as shown below:

4. The Chief Executive Officer, Society for Elimination of Rural Poverty (SERP) 
and the Commissioner, PR & RD Department shall take further necessary action in 
the matter accordingly.
 5. This order is issued with the concurrence of Finance
Department vide their U.O.No.Fin.U.O.No. FMU0PC(PRRD)/68/2024, dt.13.06.2024 (Computer
No. 2467167)

వైయస్సార్ పెన్షన్ కానుక పథకం **YSR Pension Kanuka Scheme**  పేరును **ఎన్టీఆర్ భరోసా
పెన్షన్ పథకం NTR Bharosa Pension Scheme **గా మారుస్తూ ప్రభుత్వం ఉత్తర్వులు విడుదల
చేయడం జరిగినది . ఎన్టీఆర్ భరోసా పెన్షన్ పథకం ద్వారా ప్రస్తావిస్తున్నటువంటి పెన్షన్
నగదు రూ3,000 ను ₹4,000 కు పెంచుతూ ప్రభుత్వ జీవో విడుదల చేసినది.

NTR Bharosa Pension Scheme లో రూ.4000/- పెన్షన్ ఎవరికి అందనుంది :

 1.  వృద్ధాప్య పింఛను దారులకు
 2.  వితంతువులకు
 3.  చేనేత కార్మికులు,
 4.  చర్మ కళాకారులు ,
 5.  మత్స్యకారులు,
 6.  ఒంటరి మహిళలు,
 7.  సాంప్రదాయ
 8.  చెప్పులు కుట్టేవారు,
 9.  ట్రాన్స్‌జెండర్లు,
 10. ART(PLHIV),
 11. డప్పు కళాకారులు మరియు
 12. కళాకారులకు పెన్షన్లు

## NTR Bharosa Pension Scheme Pension Enhancement Details

**ఎన్టీఆర్ భరోసా పెన్షన్ పథకంలో మిగిలిన వారికి పెంపు ఎలా ఉందో చూద్దాం**

 * వికలాంగుల  పెన్షన్ను 3000 రూపాయల నుండి 6000 రూపాయలకు పెంచడం జరిగినది. వికలాంగులతో
   పాటుగా కుష్ఠు వ్యాధిగ్రస్తులకు కూడా 6000 రూపాయలకు పెంచడం జరిగినది.
 * పూర్తిగా వికలాంగులైనటువంటి 5000 పెన్షన్ అందుకున్న వారికి ప్రస్తుతం 5000 నుండి
   15వేలకు పెంచడం జరిగినది.
 * ఎవరైతే కింద తెలిపిన కేటగిరీకి చెందినవారు 5000 పెన్షన్ తీసుకుంటున్నారు వారికి 
   10వేల కు పెంచుతూ ఉత్తర్వులు విడుదల అయినవి

    - దీర్ఘకాలిక వ్యాధులు ఉన్న వ్యక్తులు,
    - ద్వైపాక్షిక ఎలిఫెంటియాసిస్-గ్రేడ్ 4,
    - కిడ్నీ, కాలేయం మరియు గుండె మార్పిడి,
    - CKDU డయాలసిస్‌పై CKD సీరం క్రియేటినిన్> 5 mg,
    - CKDU డయాలసిస్‌పై CKD అంచనా వేసిన GFR <15 ml,
    - CKDU ఆన్‌లో  డయాలసిస్ CKD చిన్న కాంట్రాక్ట్ కిడ్నీ

## NTR Bharosa Pension Scheme Enhanced Pension Disbursement Date

### రూ .4000/- పెన్షన్ తీసుకుంటున్న వారికీ :

 * పైన తెలిపిన 4000 రూపాయల పెన్షన్లకు సంబంధించి వారికి వచ్చేనెల అనగా జూలై 1 2024
   పెన్షన్ను , 2024 ఏప్రిల్ మొదటి నుంచి అనగా ఈ మూడు ( ఏప్రిల్ , మే , జూన్ ) నెలలకు
   3000 మరియు పెంచిన 4000 మొత్తం రూ .7000 పంపిణీ చేయడం జరుగుతుంది. ఆగస్టు నెల నుంచి
   ఎప్పటిలాగే నాలుగు వేల రూపాయల పెన్షన్ పంపిణీ చేయడం జరుగుతుంది .

### మిగతా పెన్షన్ దారులకు :

 * నాలుగు వేల రూపాయలు పెన్షన్లు మినహా మిగిలిన పెన్షన్ అందరికీ కూడా పెంచిన నగదును
   జూలై 1 , 2024 నుండి పంపిణీ చేయడం జరుగును  .
