**PC 2021 ఎన్నికల షెడ్యూల్, రికార్డులు, రిజిస్టర్ లు, వివిధ కమిటీలు, పేరెంట్స్ కమిటీ
సభ్యులు, ఎక్స్ అఫీసియో సభ్యులు, కో ఆప్టెడ్ సభ్యులు, వాటి ఎన్నిక, నిర్వహణ, చివరిగా
చైర్మన్, వైస్ చైర్మన్ ఎన్నిక, వారి ప్రమాణ స్వీకారం, మొదటి PMC సమావేశం, SMC/PMC ఎన్నిక
పై సందేహాలు మరియు సమాధానాలు ఇలా పూర్తి సమాచారం  **

**PC (SMC) Election Guidelines తెలుగులో:**

 1.  **ఎన్నికల ప్రక్రియ HM నిర్వహించాలి.**
 2.  **కనీసం 50% Parents  PC Election  ఎంపిక ప్రక్రియకు హాజరు కావలెను.**
 3.  **ఎన్నికల ప్రక్రియ సాధారణంగా  చేతులు ఏత్తడం/నోటితో చెప్పడం ద్వారా జరపాలి.అసాధారణ
     పరిస్థితులలో మాత్రమే  Secret Ballot  ఉపయోగించాలి.**
 4.  **Mother/Father/Guardian లో ఎవరో ఒక్కరు  మాత్రమే ఎన్నికలలో పాల్గొనే దానికి అర్హులు.**
 5.  **తల్లి తండ్రులకు వేర్వేరు తరగతులలో విద్యార్థులు ఉంటే  వారు ఆయా  తరగతుల  PC.  
     ఎన్నికలలో పాల్గొనవచ్చు.**
 6.  **PC సభ్యులుగా ఎంపిక కాబడిన వారు,  వారి   Chairmen &Vice chairmen   ను ఎంపిక చేయాలి.
     Chairmen &Vice chairman లో ఒకరు  Disadvantage group కు చెందినవారు.మరొకరు  మహిళ
     అయి ఉండాలి.**
 7.  ** Local Bodies కు ప్రాతినిధ్యం వహిస్తున్న వారు కానీ, అపాఠశాల  HM కానీ, Asst teacher
     కానీ. PC ఎన్నికలలో పాల్గొనుటకు అనర్హులు.**
 8.  **Weaker Section ,BC, Minorities మరియు  OC Parents వార్షిక ఆదాయం RS 60 000 లోపు
     ఉండాలి. **
 9.  **ఎన్నికల ప్రక్రియకు ఎవరయినా విఘాతం కలిగించినచో  వారిపై  చట్టపరమయిన చర్యలు తీసుకోన
     బడుతాయి.  There should not be any political interference.**
 10. **MRO,MPDO,VRO,VRA లు ఎన్నికల  Observers. గా రావచ్చును.**
 11. **Disadvantages & weaker section  నుంచి  సభ్యులు దొరకనపుడు  It can be filled as
     per existing Rules of Reservation.**
 12. **PC ఎన్నికలలో పాల్గొనే  voters వారి  ID Cards(. Aadhar card /Ration card) తప్పక
     తీసుకు రావాలి.**
