Reference: Lr. D.O. No. 2-612025-PPC, Dated: 1st Feb, 2026 of the Secretary, Department of School Education & Literacy, MoE, Govt. of India.

The attention of all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education, District Educational Officers and Principals, Government DIETs in the State is invited to the reference read above. They are requested to take immediate steps for the Hon’ble Prime Minister’s Live Telecast on Pariksha Pe Charcha 2026, scheduled for 6th February, 2026 at 10:00 AM onwards.

Registration & Participation

Registrations for the 9th edition of Pariksha Pe Charcha (PPC-2026) have surpassed all previous benchmarks, with 23,84,230 students, parents and teachers registering in Andhra Pradesh. This enormous participation reflects the continued support and shared commitment of the Department in advancing the objectives of this initiative in partnership with the MoE, Gol and the Department of School Education, AP.

Event & Telecast Details

The main event of the 9th edition of Pariksha Pe Charcha (PPC 2026) will be held on 6th February 2026 at 10:00 AM onwards. The event will be telecast live on:

Social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook Live, etc.)
Doordarshan
PM e-Vidya TV
Radio channels
Various OTT platforms (Netflix, Jio Hotstar, Amazon Prime Video, etc.)

Instructions to Officials

All Regional Joint Directors of School Education, District Educational Officers and DIET Principals in the State are requested to take necessary action as per the instructions of the Government of India.

Regional Joint Directors of School Education are requested to follow up with District Educational Officers and DIET Principals in their jurisdiction to disseminate instructions and ensure all arrangements are in place for large-scale viewing of the live telecast by students, teachers, and parents.

Reporting Format

District Educational Officers are required to submit participation particulars to the undersigned by 4:00 PM on 6th Feb, 2026 in the following format:
