All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education, District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators, Samagra Shiksha in the State are informed that the School Leadership Training (pool 2) for School Heads is scheduled for 4 days’ duration through various batches. Further guidelines of training on scheduled as follows.

All the District officers/staff are requested to follow the above instructions/schedule and take every possible measure to conduct the training effectively.

Further the RJDSE’s & DEOs are requested to utilize the services of M.Fs with the assistance of AMOs as per the requirement of each batch/venue.

The identified MFs (list already shared) shall report in the venue concerned well in advance for the conduct of the trainings.

The incharge officials shall stay in the venue and coordinate with district officers for the conduct of the above trainings.

to depute the primary school heads (as per target) to the designated venues as per the schedule for the 4 days leadership training.
In case of single-teacher schools, deputation for training is not required.
For schools with two or more teachers, the Head Teacher or the acting Head must be deputed to attend the training programme.
The in-charge officials at each venue shall remain stationed and coordinate closely with the concerned district officers to ensure the effective conduct of the training sessions.
All District-level officers and staff are requested to strictly adhere to the above instructions and schedule, and to take all necessary measures to ensure the successful and smooth conduct of the training programme.
