School Education–SCERT, AP – Conduct of a 3-day State Level Teacher Professional Development Training at Primary Level to Key Resource Persons (KRPs) from 14.07.2026 to 16.05.2026 at SRM University – Orders – Issued – Reg.
All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education, District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators in the State are invited to the references read above and they are informed that it is decided to organize the 3-day State Level Training programme on Academic Calendar, Curriculum Reforms, Teachers Hand Book, Student Assessment Booklet, Library, Remedial activities, Guaranteed FLN program and LEAP App etc. to Key Resource Persons (KRPs) at Primary Level from 14.07.2026 to 16.07.2026 at SRM University, Amaravati.
They are further informed that, a comprehensive training initiative is taken up by the Department of School Education to KRPs at the State level to strengthen the FLN and trained the DRPs at District level and to initiate the ground-level training. This will take place over three days in a residential mode, at all the State level scheduled from 14.07.2026 to 16.07.2026 at SRM University, Mangalagiri, Guntur District, Amaravati.
All the Regional Joint Directors, District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators are requested to issue necessary instructions to all the DYEOs/MEOs to depute the KRPs and relieve them to attend the said training programme without fail.
It is further informed that, all the participants are to bring their textbooks, workbooks, to training venue. KRPs and DRPs who are part of the Gnana Jyothi programme will not participate in the FLN Grade 3-5 trainings.

Roles and responsibilities at district level
- 1. The District Educational Officers will serve as the Director of the training program, ensuring its smooth execution. They will coordinate with Additional Project Coordinators, DYEOS, AMOs, MEOs, and clerical staff in the DEO office to facilitate effective training.
- 2. The District Educational Officers should ensure that the assigned KRPs/DRPs are deputed to the training program in their respective districts.
- 3. AMOs, where the venues are located, have to look after the logistics, arrangements, and other essentials required at the venues timely.
- 4. From all 28 districts, the participants list should be released at the district level based on the list received from the respective DEOs. The proceedings for the participants list should also be issued at the district level accordingly.
- 5. Each venue will have 2 in‑charges overseeing various aspects, including coordination with vendors, food arrangements, technical support, accommodation, stationery, and sanitation.
- 6. Concerned DEOs and APCs are requested to conduct the preparatory meetings with AMOs, MEOs to depute the participants to the mapped venues without fail.
- 7. A monitoring committee to be formed at every venue with the mapped district officials to monitor the facilities and observe the sessions.
- 8. IFF Panels should be installed by the DNOs (District Nodal Officer) with the coordination of IFF vendors in each classroom, and DEOs should make a follow‑up on this. DRPs should be allotted for each classroom.
- 9. Mobile phones should be deposited in the classroom by keeping them in silent mode, and they can be used only during break times.
