In the conference of Regional Joint Directors of School Education and the District Educational Officers held on 27-7-2021 and 28-7-2021 in the Office of the Director of School Education, some officers brought the present schools enrolment trends in various managements in the districts and requested to give three months more time to complete the process as per the statutory norms of G.O.37, dated.14-=-2021 for assessing the factual position of around 840 aided schools which are under performed and declining trend of student enrolment and having more number of teachers when compared to student strength as per norms. 3. The factual position in the Districts is agreed and decided to give extension for two months instead of three months in view of the proposal to be submitted to the Government after completing process for permission for fll up the needy vacant posts as per norms. 4. In view of the above circumstances, the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and the District Educational Officers in the State are hereby informed that the time limit extended for two more months and permitted up to 31.10.2021 for completion of the process of flling up of aided posts duly following guidelines and instructions issued by the government in the G.O.Ms.No.37 School Education(PS)Dept., dt:14.0=.2021. 5. Therefore, all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and the District Educational Officers in the state are requested to take further action accordingly.
