In the circumstances reported by the Director of School Education, AP and me State
Project Director, APSS in the reference cited, Government after careful Examination
of the matter, hereby accord permission to the State Project Director, APSS, to 
conduct elections to reconstitute the Parents Committees the State, as per schedule
below

 1.  Issue of Notification to Conduct of Elections to Parent Committee Members, Chairman
    and Vice-Chairman  -16.09.2021 10.00 AM
 2.  Display of Voter List for Conduct of Elections to Parent Committee Members in 
    the Notice Board of Primary/Upper Primary Classes/ High Schools -Calling of Objections
    on Voter List and Redressal of Grievances if any – 20.09.2021 9AM to 1.00 PM
 3. Finalization of Voter List for Conduct of Elections to Parent Committees and its
    display in the Notice Board of the Primary/Upper Primary Schools / High Schools–
    20.09.2021 3.00 PM to 4.00 PM
 4. Conduct of Elections to Parent Committee Members, Finalization of Elected Parent
    Committee Memb reconstitution of Parent Committees – 22.09.2021 7.00AM to 1.00 
    PM
 5. Conduct of Election of Chairman & Vice Chairman by Parent Committee Members – 22.09.2021
    1.30 PM
 6. Chairman Oath taking by Parent Committee Members, Chairman & Vice-Chairman – 22.09.2021
    2.00 PM
 7. Conducting First Parent Committee Meeting – 22.09.2021 3.00PM to 3.30 PM
