SELECTION PROCESS & SERVICE WEIGHTAGE:

(As per G.O.Rt.No.301 HM&FW (B1) Department, Dt:20.6.2020)

CRITERIA	WEIGHTAGE (TOTAL MARKS 100)
Aggregate of marks obtained in all the years in the qualifying examination	75%
Weightage for experience of Govt. Service including contract/outsourcing service	Up to 15% i) 2.5 marks per Six months in Tribal area. ii)2.0 marks per Six months in Rural area. iii)1.0 marks per Six months in Urban areas. Only completed six months period will be taken as a Unit for calculation.
Weightage for No.of years since passing qualifying examination	Up to 10 marks @ 1.0 mark per completed year after acquiring requisite qualification.

Cutoff date for calculation of weightage is 01.08.2021.

 

 

SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS:

 

The applications shall be submitted manually in the O/o. the District Medical & Health Office, Prakasam District, Ongole, GGH, Compound, Ongole along with all the following certificates on or before 15/09/2021 up to 5.P.M.

1. SSC or Equivalent examination marks
2. Intermediate (OR) 10+2 examination/Degree marks
3. Qualifying examination pass
4. Marks memos of all the years of qualifying
5. Registration and renewal certificates of respective
6. Internship certificates if
7. Latest caste certificate issued by Tahsildar/MRO
8. Study certificates for the years IV to X class. In case of private study residence certificate from the Tahsildar/MRO concerned (for the IV to X class study period).
9. Physically handicapped certificate (Issued by SADERAM)
10. Sports certificates if
11. Ex-servicemen certificates if
12. Previous experience certificates wherever
13. Other relevant certificates if

 

Enclosure of certificates to the application:

 The candidate shall produce original documents post declaration of draft merit list in prescribed time and venue which shall be announced in the notice board/district website.

Age:

OC  candidate  should   not  have  completed  42  years  as  on

01.08.2021 (Should not have been born before 01.08.1979).

Age Relaxation is applicable to the categories as detailed below:

 DEPARTMENT’S DECISION IS FINAL:

The decision of the department/District Selection Committee pertaining to the application and its acceptance or rejection, as the case may be, and conduct of the  counseling  and  at  all  consequent  stages   culminating  in the  selection  or otherwise  of  any  candidate  shall  be  final  in  all  respects   and binding on all concerned under the  powers  vested  with  it.  The  department/ DSC also reserves its right to modify the terms and conditions laid down in notification  regarding remuneration, qualifications, etc.
