Further, it is to inform that, 11 digit DDO Code was assigned to the
newly created (474 various District Offices and were also mapped to the
newly formed (13 Districts. List of such (474 DDO Codes is annexed
herewith, with a request to communicate the same to the District
Officers s HoOs s DDOs concerned.

Further they are also instructed that, the salary for the month of May’ 2022 payable on 01st
June, 2022 in respect of employees who were transferred on order to
serve to the newly created (474) District Offices, shall be drawn at the
new Stations only.

Procedural guidelines on updation of cadre strength and position
mapping were issued vide this office cir Memo No FIN2-18069s14s2022-H
SEC-DTA Part(3A- 2 Dt:20-05-2022.
