SBI Youth for India Fellowship 2024-25

Eligibility

To be eligible, an applicant must:-

be an Indian citizen, a citizen of Nepal/Bhutan, or an Overseas Citizen of India (OCI)*
be the age group of between 21 and 32 years as of the date of commencement of the programme
have completed a bachelor’s degree before the program starts

*Note:- Applicants who currently do not possess an Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) card are advised to visit the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India website for OCI registration. As the registration process can take 1-3 months, it is recommended that applicants initiate the OCI application as soon as possible, ideally coinciding with the start of their Fellowship application.

Benefits

The selected fellows will receive a readjustment allowance of ₹70,000 and a certificate of completion from the SBI Foundation.

In addition, they will gain access to a vibrant ecosystem comprised of alumni, partners, and other relevant organisations in the social sector. This ecosystem can be leveraged to explore new opportunities or engage in meaningful collaborations.

How can you apply?

Eligible candidates can apply for the fellowship using the steps listed below:-
Step 1: Click on the ‘Apply Now’ button below.
Step 2: Click on the ‘Register’ button on the right-hand side of the dashboard and fill in the required details to ‘Register’. (Note:- If already registered, log in using the registered email ID.)
Step 3: Navigate to the ‘Apply Now’ button and click on it.
Step 4: Fill the required details and click on ‘Submit’.
Step 5: A link will be sent to the registered email to begin with the ‘Online Assessment Stage’.
Step 7: Fill in the application form with all the required details, answer the essay questions and upload the relevant documents (if there are any).
Step 6: Submit the application.
