All the District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators, Samagra Shiksha in the State are informed that, Pool-3 training for School Heads has been designed in fully online format. The Pool-1: In-person training & Pool-2: Hybrid model training covering 17 competencies has been successfully completed for 24,000 School Heads. The Pool-3 to be conducted entirely online for the remaining 20,000 School Heads (list enclosed). The Online courses have been developed and uploaded to DIKSHA platform, ensuring accessibility and wider dissemination.

Further, they are informed that to enable all Pool-3 School Heads to access and complete the online modules from 09.03.2026 to 31.03.2026 and facilitate monitoring and reporting of completion status.

Hence, they are requested to issue instructions to all the School Heads under their jurisdiction to join and complete the online course https://learning.diksha.gov.in/diksha/course.php?id=1081&section=2262.
