Conduct of Science Fair, Book Fair and Quiz competition at School level, Mandal level, District level and state level- Orders- Issued – Reg Read: 1. File Rc. No: ESE02-22/50/2024-SCERT with Computer Number 2651972 from the Director, SCERT, AP. In the reference read above, the Director, SCERT has proposed to conduct Science Fair, Book Fair and Quiz competition at School level, Mandal level, District level and state level for the academic 2024-25 with proposed scheduled dates. The proposal of the Director, SCERT is examined with PAB approval for the academic year 2024-25 and hereby accorded administrative approval for Rs.78,00,000/- (Rupees Seventy Eight Lakhs only) for conducting Science Fair, Book Fair and Quiz competition at School level, Mandal level, District level and State level for the academic 2024- 25 with proposed scheduled dates. In the said sanction, it is allocated an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only) for each district to conduct said activities as per detailed schedules to be communicated from the Director, SCERT, Andhra Pradesh. The District Education Officers & ex-officio Project Coordinators, Samagra Shiksha in the State are hereby permitted to meet the expenditure of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only) for conducting the said activities from the available funds of District Project Offices, Samagra Shiksha and submit the utilisation certificates to this office. The Additional Project Coordinators, Samagra Shiksha is instructed to release an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- to the Nodal officers to be nominated by the District Education Officers & ex-officio Project Coordinators, Samagra Shiksha in the districts from the available funds.
