ORDER:
In the reference read above, the Project Approval Board has approved the budget for an amount of Rs.33.22 lakhs @ Rs.1000/- per school at (3322 schools) towards formation of Science/Maths clubs at Secondary Schools in the State.
Under powers vested with the State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha, sanction is hereby accorded for an amount of Rs.33.22 lakhs @ Rs.1000/- per school at (3322 schools) towards formation of Science/Maths clubs at Secondary Schools in the State. The district-wise allocated amount table is as follows:

The Finance Controller/Drawing Disbursing Officer of this office ishereby directed to release an amount of Rs.33.22 lakhs @ Rs.1000/- per 3322 schools to all the Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra
Shiksha in the State through online.
The above expenditure shall be met form the intervention of 3.6 – Rastriya Aavishkar Abhiyan 3.6.1 – Rashtriya Aaviskaar Abhiyan (Secondary) 8-Formation of Science / Maths Clubs.
Therefore, all the Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the State are hereby instructed to release the above said amount to the concerned schools towards formation of Science/ Math’s clubs at
Secondary Schools in the State.
