🎯 Purpose of Cluster Complex Meetings
- Continuous academic support to teachers.
- Review of academic progress and identification of learning gaps.
- Discussion on learning outcomes and difficult concepts.
- Collaborative lesson planning and demonstration lessons.
- Review of teacher attendance, student attendance and long absentees.
- Peer-group learning and preparation of school-wise academic action plans.
✅ Instructions to Cluster School Complex Headmasters
- Ensure 100% attendance and active participation of all concerned teachers.
- Arrange proper seating, drinking water, sanitation, digital infrastructure and internet connectivity.
- Identify Resource Persons / facilitators in advance.
- Provide the relevant academic content and resource material to Resource Persons in advance.
- Conduct all sessions strictly as per the approved agenda and time schedule.
- Ensure attendance through the prescribed mechanism / facial recognition system, wherever applicable.
- Ensure every teacher submits the prescribed feedback form before dispersal.
- Maintain necessary records and submit monitoring / feedback information to concerned authorities.
Don’ts: No felicitation activities, shawls/garlands, personal or birthday parties, sightseeing visits, service-matter discussions, personnel discussions or union-meeting discussions during the training.

🔎 Important Notes
- Meetings are to be conducted from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM without deviation.
- The post-test link is stated in the proceedings as “Link will be shared”.
- Cluster Complex HMs are instructed to ensure all primary and secondary teachers complete the TNA survey.
- Monitoring may include DEO, Dy.EO, APC, DIET Principal / Faculty, Samagra Shiksha sectoral officers, MEOs and other designated officials.
