O R D E R:

The attention of the District Educational Officers mentioned in the address listbelow is invited to the subject cited and it is hereby informed that the Governmentof Andhra Pradesh and the School Education Department is committed topromoting excellence in school education and recognising outstandingachievements of students in government schools and as per the orders ofthe Hon’ble Minister for Human Resource Development, Government of AndhraPradesh, the students who have performed exceptionally well in the SSC PublicExaminations, March 2025 will be awarded and felicitated in a State Level “ShiningStars 2025” Ceremony, to motivate students, encourage healthy competition, andfoster a culture of academic and holistic excellence.

Further, the state level Shining Stars 2025 event is scheduled to be conducted on 20-05-2025 (Tuesday) at the Camp Office of the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Undavalli.

In this regard, the list of the nominated candidates is hereby communicatedand the District Educational Officers concerned are hereby directed tocommunicate the information to the nominated candidates immediately and ensurethat the Student (1) and their parents (2) shall attend the State Level Shining Stars2025 event on the mentioned date. The accommodation arrangements are madeby the Department and the students and parents shall be informed to report at theHotel Lemon Tree Premier, MG Road, Vijayawada, by 03:00 PM on 19-05-2025(Monday) without fail. The Travel Expenditure incurred by the candidates/parentsshall be reimbursed upon submission of the Original Bills on the day of the event.Thus, the Students/Parents shall be informed and directed to preserve the OriginalBills incurred on Travelling (To and Fro from Vijayawada) and submit them to theDGE, A.P., on the day of the event.

The List of District-wise and Management-wise candidates along with a Student Profile Proforma is enclosed. The District Educational Officers are further instructed to direct the nominated candidates to fill the student profile proforma in consultation with concerned School HMs and submit the fully filled student profile to the Director of Government Examinations, A.P., immediately on the official email: [email protected]. This shall be treated as HIGH PRIORITY.
