All the District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the state are hereby informed that the Government of Andhra Pradesh have accorded administrative sanction for the Supply of student kit items under “Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Vidyarthi Mitra” (SRKVM-1) for the Academic Year 2025-26 and instructed to Procure the student kits by floating Tenders for the items comprising of Note Books, Belt, Shoes, Bag, Pictorial Dictionary, Oxford Dictionary, Text Books, Work Books and three pairs of Uniform Cloth to all the students studying from Class I to X in all the Government Management Schools.

Accordingly, Tenders have been floated for the procurement and supply of student kits under the Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Vidyarthi Mitra (SRKVM-1) program for the Academic Year 2025-26. These Tenders are part of the efforts to ensure that all necessary student kits are supplied to the students in a timely manner for the upcoming academic year.

In this regard, all District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the state are hereby informed that the process of collecting foot sizes from students is to be carried out and the corresponding data should be uploaded in the SRKVM app. This is a necessary step for the supply of shoes for the Academic Year 2025-26. It is imperative that the foot size details are accurately recorded and updated in the SRKVM app at the earliest. The successful completion of this task is
critical for timely procurement and distribution of shoes to students.

All District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the state are hereby informed to closely monitor the  rocess of foot size capturing with the Headmasters of the respective schools. It is mandatory to ensure that 100% of the students’ foot sizes are captured in the SRKVM app by 07.01.2025 before 5.00 p.m. without fail. This task must be completed within the stipulated time frame, and any delays or discrepancies should be promptly reported. Kindly ensure that all data is
accurate and fully updated in the app as per the guidelines.

If incorrect foot sizes are entered while recording the students’ foot size by the HM/Teacher, an edit option will be provided at the Mandal level (MEO Login) to correct the data, and after correction of the wrong data if any, the MEO shall confirm/Approve the students’ foot measurement in the student kit App in their Logins.
Committees must be constituted at the school level to thoroughly crosscheck the actual foot sizes with the sizes entered online, ensuring accuracy and avoiding discrepancies.
The measuring procedure at the school level should be conducted meticulously, ensuring accurate measurement from the heel bone to the longest toe of the foot.
Proper measuring tool with low cost can be identified for capturing Shoe sizes uniformly. Entry must be done under the supervision of the concerned Head
master.

Actual size of the foot (barefoot) measurement should be taken and enter in the Student Kit App. The Head Master should verify the data on random basis to avoid errors
in data entry.

All District Educational Officers, Additional Project Coordinators and Mandal Educational Officers are hereby instructed to ensure that signed hard copies of the foot size measurements, categorized by class and student, are obtained from the respective schools under their jurisdiction. This data collection is to be carried out promptly, ensuring that the measurements are accurate and appropriately recorded for each student. It is imperative that these signed hard copies are submitted in a timely manner following the
guidelines provided and also ensure strict adherence to these instructions and report the progress at the earliest. It should be treated as Most Urgent.

All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education in the state are hereby informed that the Government of Andhra Pradesh have accorded administrative sanction for the Supply of student kit items under “Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Vidyarthi Mitra” (SRKVM-1) for the Academic Year 2025-26 for an amount of Rs.953.71 crores and instructed to Procure the student kits by floating Tenders for the items comprising of Note Books, Belt, Shoes, Bag, Pictorial Dictionary, Oxford Dictionary, Text Books, Work Books and three pairs of Uniform Cloth to all the students studying from Class I to X in all the Government Management Schools.

In this regard, it is directed to organize a workshop with senior officials and experts in the state. The workshop will be held at 10.00AM on 30.12.2024 at the Conference Hall, Office of the State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha, Andhra Pradesh, Amaravati. The objective of the workshop is to discuss the proper procedure for collecting shoe sizes from students across the state, with a particular focus on avoiding the mismatches and defective issues observed in previous years.

The following members are requested to attend the workshop from each Educational Zone and different Districts & Mandals

Hence, all the all the Regional Joint Directors of School Education in the state are hereby instructed to depute the above mentioned Officers / staff to attend the workshop at Conference, O/o the State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha, Andhra Pradesh, Amaravati without fail and also inform the list of participants with their School Address and contact details to the undersigned.
