SSC CGL Recruitment 2022: Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has finally brought out the notification for filling up approx 20000 vacancies
for engagement of students under various central government departments of India. So, students are advised to fill out the application form
right away as this is one of the golden opportunities for government job seekers. Students should remember that the application link for
Combined Graduate Level Exam will be closed after 08 October 2022. However, they can pay the application fee via online mode upto 09 October 2022 and via through e-challan till 10 October 2022.

This year, the commission will select the candidates on the basis of Tier 1 and Tier 2 only. Tier 3 and Tier 4 is now merged with Tier 2. There will be three papers in tier 2 in which paper is compulsory for all post. SSC CGL Tier 2 Paper 1 consists of three new modules. Candidates can scroll down for the new exam pattern under SSC CGL Tier 2. The commission will also conduct Physical Test for the UDC.

Selected candidates will be posted as Postal Assistant/ Sorting Assistant, Assistant, SI, Tax Assistant C, UDC, Assistant, Accountant,
Auditor, Junior Statistical Officer (JSO), Inspector, Divisional Accountant, Assistant Audit Officer, Assistant Accounts Officer,
Assistant Section Officer, Assistant Enforcement Officer, Senior Secretariat Assistant/ Upper Division Clerks and Inspector of Income
Tax.

Graduates who are not more than 30 years are eligible for SSC CGL 2022 Exam. However, for Group C the age limit is 27 years. The
candidates appearing in the final year of their graduation are also eligible.

SSC Combined Graduate Level Recruitment 2022 Vacancy

The
tentative vacancy for SSC CGL 2022 will be released by Staff Selection Commission in due course. Last Year a total of 7686 vacancies are

Window for Application Form Correction [12-10-2022 to13-10-2022 (23:00 hours)]: Applications
must be submitted only in online mode at the website of SSC Headquarter i.e.https://ssc.nic.in. For detailed instructions, please refer to
Annexure-III and Annexure-IV. Sample proforma of One-time Registration and online Application Form are attached as Annexure-IIIA and
Annexure-IVA respectively.

SSC CGL Recruitment APPLICATION 2022 Application Fee

The Application Fee required to be submitted while filling out the Online application form is tabulated below category-wise.

Fee payable: ₹100/- (Rs one hundred only).
Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) and Ex- servicemen (ESM) eligible for reservation are exempted from payment of fee.

Online fee can be paid by candidates up to 09-10-2022 (23:00 hours). However,

candidates who wish to make cash payment through the challan of SBI, may make payment in cash at the Branches of SBI within the working hours
of bank up to 10-10-2022 provided the challan has been generated by them before 08-10-2022 (23:00 hours).

Essential Educational Qualifications (As on 08-10-2022):

Assistant Audit Officer/Assistant Accounts Officer:

Essential Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or Institute.
Desirable Qualifications: Chartered Accountant or Cost & Management Accountant or Company Secretary or Masters in Commerce or Masters in
Business Studies or Masters in Business Administration (Finance) or Masters in Business Economics.
During the period of probation direct recruits shall have to qualify the “Subordinate Audit/ Accounts Service Examination” in respective branches for confirmation and regular appointment as Assistant Audit Officer/Assistant Accounts Officer.

Junior Statistical Officer:
Bachelor’s Degree in any subject from a recognized University or Institute with at least 60% Marks in Mathematics at 12th standard level;
Or Bachelor’s Degree in any subject with Statistics as one of the subjects at degree level.

All other Posts:

Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or equivalent.
The candidates who have appeared in their final year of their graduation can also apply, however they must possess Essential qualification on or
before the cut-off date i.e.08-10-2022.

SSC Combined Graduate Level 2022 Selection Process

SSC CGL 2022 Selection Process comprises multiple stages. The SSC CGL Exam is conducted in four stages: Tier 1, Tier 2, For a candidate to
clear the CGL Exam must clear all the stages one by one. Tier-I: Computer Based Examination

Marks scored by candidates in Computer Based Examinations, if conducted in multiple shifts, will be normalized by using the formula

Tier-I

Tier-I will consist of Objective Type, Multiple choice questions. The questions will be set both in English & Hindi except for English
Comprehension. There will be negative marking of 0.50 for each wrong answer.

Tier-II

Tier-II will include conducting of Paper-I, Paper-II and Paper-III in separate shift(s)/ day(s). Paper-I is compulsory for all the posts.
Paper-II will be for only those candidates who apply for the posts of Junior Statistical Officer (JSO) in the Ministry of Statistics and Programme
Implementation and who are shortlisted in Tier-I for these Posts.
Paper-III will be for only those candidates who are shortlisted in Tier-I for Paper-III i.e. for the posts of Assistant Audit Officer/ Assistant
